1. The safe choice: Jolly Rancher

If you are looking to give out candy that every kids like, Jolly Rancher is always a safe choice. Who doesn't like them? They are rather small but you can give out 3 or 4. Also, since they are hard candy, they last a while before taking another one.

2. The themed one: Tongue tattoo lollipops

If you are looking to be the coolest candy giver out there, the tongue tattoo lollipops are your best bet. The white part is Halloween themed and if you put it long enough on your tongue, it makes a white tattoo.
