The beginning of college.

It is my first year in college, and I have a traumatic incident happen in my life. My dad, who is a businessman passes away and left me with his heritage.

After my dad passed away, I had a dilemma between continuing school or taking over my dads business. I chose school because in my head, I thought that I didn't have enough knowledge to fully take over a business yet.

Choice 2 : Get an opportunity to work in a decent job to gain experience.

Becoming a businessman early.

I take over my dad's business with minimum knowledge on how to run a business, but my dad had good employees who help me get the hang of it at my rhythm. It is certainly not an easy job to do this young, but I gave myself the challenge on becoming a better businessman than my father because I idolized him.

After I finished college, I need more knowledge on how to run a business because I still don't feel ready to take on the business of my father that is running with the help of my uncle so that I can finish my studies. I chose to study at HEC that is a business school in Montreal.

Get an opportunity to work in a decent job to gain experience.

I just finished college studies, and I get an opportunity to work in a decent job where I can put in practice what I learned from now. The boss of the company heard about my situation and really help my learn as much as possible by his side to be ready to take over my dad's business.

Choice 2 : Go back to manage my dad's business.

Grow my dad's company.

My father's company is going well, and I have an opportunity to buy a vacant store where I can expand. It has a good emplacement and a lot of students who are looking for part-time jobs around the sector. They will need to have on the job training, but we have a good staff of employees that teach them the ins-and-outs really quickly and well.

My abilities of running my dad's company are good, but I want to start my own business where it fits my style more. I want to start a business of air bnb where my quality or a private soccer clinic.

After getting my diploma from HEC in business management, my uncle gave over the responsibility of the company too me. With everything, I learned from school, I feel more comfortable to manage the business and have good ideas on how I could better the company by expanding and changing a few things.

After 3 years of hard studying, I took the initiative to travel to change a bit my mind or open my vision on things. I make a trip around Asia because it was my dream to visit a couple of country from that continent.

While working for my boss, he saw a lot of opportunity within me. He liked how I approached a situation in front of us and the way I explained the solution that I found. He proposed that I became his business partners, and I couldn't say no to this amazing opportunity. With each other, I visioned we could accomplish great things.

With a bigger background on managing, My uncle will gladly entrust his brother's company to me, and he knows that I will take good care of it.

While I was in Asia, I met big businessman from Korea that I had a good connection with, and he proposed that I come work with him in Korea, so I took this opportunity into consideration with my father's business. In the end, I decided to go work in Korea because I thought it would be better for me business wise.
