Graduated from college, now what?

I just finished my pre-university business program at Ahuntsic College. I want to go forward further on with my studies. However, I am perplexed about my future, and I am wondering if I should continue in business or becoming a chiropractic.

Choice 1 : Finance at HEC.

This is my first semester at HEC and I'm doing well at school. There is a lot of competition at the university and it's hard to keep up with the pace. I'm trying to plan something out by drawing 3 choices of possibles future that I could engage myself into.

Choice 1 : Travel to the U.S. and change my career plan.

Choice 2 : Work with my dad.

Choice 3 : Pursue my studies at HEC and keep up the hard work.

Chiropractor.

It is a great choice for me to be studying in medicine to become a chiropractic doctor. There is a slight problem in my life. I have to take some courses for a year to be able to go in my new field of study.

Choice 1 : I do a baccalaureate in medicine while doing my required courses.

Choice 2 : I go back to college, and finish the required courses.

Choice 3 : I drop out of school, and take security courses and work to get enough money and invest it.

Travel to the U.S. and change my career plan.

It's been two months since I traveled to the United States. I am living in Los Angeles, and I am noticing that my savings reduces little by little. So, I really need to find a job quickly before I become homeless. In my mind, I am looking at two options that could get me some money.

Choice 1 : YouTube.

Choice 2 : Acting auditions.

Work with my dad.

It's my first day of working with my father. I am working hard as a manager at his his company. He tells me to look after the employees and to make important calls to the providers and clients. He is really proud of my job, and he is thinking about doing something with his life. What should I do regardless of his decision?

Keep studying finance at HEC.

I decided to keep studying finance at HEC. I am trying hard to keep my grades up, and to be better in my field of study. I want to become a financial officer as I finish my studies. I have done some research, and a CFO have a really good salary so that will give me a bright and healthy future.

Choice 1 : I want to do an MBA in finance at Stanford, USA.

Choice 2 : I want to study Accounting in the USA so that I could open a business with my uncle.

Actually, as I'm living in L.A., I am noticing that I don't have a lot of money left. So, I decided to create my own YouTube channel and record with the camera that I bought with a big part of my money. The first three months were hard because I wasn't making much views and it was disappointing. I am wondering if I should continue this adventure or not.

Choice 2 : I ask my parents to bring back to Canada because of my financial situation.

Acting auditions.

I decided to cruise around the city of Los Angeles, and to look for acting auditions so that I could start an acting career. I have been searching for two weeks now, and I finally found a really small role in a new movie coming soon. I did the try-outs and I'm waiting for another opportunity to come but I'm not sure if this was a great idea.

Choice 1 : After the audition, an important businessman called me from Universal Studios.

Choice 2 : I had a chance to box in the UFC.

I am the new boss of my dad's company.

My father decided that I'm grown enough so that he could let me handle the family company. So, I took over the management and everything. Sometimes, he passes by to look after me and see if everything is going as planned. He is doing a leg work and it's not tiring for him. I did a lot of on-the-job-training because my father wanted me to really take good care of the company. I am starting to find it difficult to handle everything. What should I do?

Choice 1 : I get in a partnership with my cousin and we invest money to make the company bigger.

Choice 2 : I invest my own money and open offices in different countries.

Travel to Saudi-Arabia.

I decided to travel to Saudi-Arabia and work with my cousins. It's been three weeks since I got here and I'm enjoying the work. It's a great opportunity to work, start making money, and live life as I wish. One day, I receive a call from my father. He wanted me to help him with the family company because there is a vacant position, and that he trust me to be able to take this job.

I just finished my studies in business at HEC Montreal. Also, I listened at the advice of my family members and I traveled to the United States to get a master. I am accepted at Stanford, and I will fly there in less than a week. Before I travel, I receive a call from the University of McGill. They saw that my grades were really good and they offered me a scholarship. What will be my decision?

Choice 1 : I ignore the call and go to the U.S.

Choice 2 : I stay in Canada and do a master in finance at McGill University.

I want to study Accounting in the USA so that I could open a business with my uncle.

I just finished my 4 years of studies and I'm looking at the options that could occur in my life. I decided to study Accounting one more year in the United States. I got accepted at a university in Florida, and it's actually fun to be doing accounting there. I have a lot of friends, and they support me through my studies. I am pretty much done with my year of studying Accounting, and I am looking with my uncle at the project that we put together. However, I received a mail from a company located in Miami, and they wanted me to work for them in another country with a great compensation package.

I continued my career as a YouTuber and things are coming well together. I now have over 8 million subscribers and I’m making a pretty good salary. I’m actually still in Los Angeles, and it’s a really great city to live in. My parents were happy for my success and were supportive over my choice of job career.

I called my parents to ask them if they could help me get back to Canada because I don’t have no more money. Also, my YouTube channel wasn’t successful and I lost money on the camera that I just bought. I am now back in Montreal, and I am working at a local store.

Actually, after my audition for the small role in the new movie coming soon, a really important person called me from Universal studios. At first, I thought that it was a joke but I now realise that It was a great opportunity, and I’m glad that I took it. The guy offered a bigger role in a new movie franchise that was about to take over the movie theaters. This is how I became a Hollywood actor.

Becoming a boxer?

One day, I was training outside by doing boxing and pull ups in a random park. Suddenly, A guy pulls up and ask me if I know how to box. He wanted me to fight against two great boxers and if I win both of my matches, I could get a contract in the UFC. So, after the two fights, I got myself a contract, and now I am working in the greatest boxing league.

Partnership with my cousin.

I called my cousin and we decided that we will run the family business together as partners. So, he invested some of his money and I invested a good amount, and we ran the company. Nowadays, we have many offices over in the United States and in Canada. I also have the help and advice of my father that comes in handy. He helps me a lot, my cousin and I.

I decided to invest my money and a little bit from the company into actions on the stock market. My father referred me to a good friend that have a lot of knowledge about those things and he helped us increase our profit. This gave me a chance of enlarging the company over some countries.

I told my father that I will work for a year here in Saudi-Arabia. I am working hard with my cousins, and I’m getting money. I am enjoying working there. It’s probably better for me to keep working in here.

I replied to my father and told him that in two weeks, I’ll be back in Montreal. So, two weeks went by, and I’m working with my father again. We developed a great relationship at work, and I regretted the fact that I left him at first.

After receiving the call, I ignored it and decided to go to the United States. I was a great choice because it’s really important for me to get a master in finance and have a better life afterward. Now, I am ready to work in this field because I have all the tools to succeed.

The call from McGill University shook me and couldn’t just pass easily this opportunity. So, I went over every option and the cheapest and beneficial option was to stay in Montreal. I am doing my master at McGill. This was one of my most important choice.

My uncle called me for the business that we decided to start together. Without any regrets, I flew to Florida and we planned everything together. We are working on an import and export company. He has a lot of personal relationships and we managed to create our own business and work alongside each other.

The company from Miami offered me a job overseas with a really good salary and everything. They sent me to Switzerland. I have been working for 3 months there, and everything is going great. I’m happy that I decided to work for them.

I listened to my brother's advice, and did a baccalaureate in medicine while doing the remaining courses at the University of Montreal. It was a great choice because, in two years, I could start my studies to become a chiropractor. I am finding it difficult to study in this field, and I'm questioning my current situation.

I decided to go back to college and do the required courses so that I could study medicine. It was a tough choice because I didn't want to go back to college, and waste time of my life when I could have finish school earlier. However, the reason that kept me going is that I was accepted in the college basketball team, and I could finally have the chance to proof something in my life.

The smartest choice that I could make is to go back to college, and finish the required courses before being able to go to the university. It's very annoying to have to go back to college because I feel that I lost many years of my life, just like that. I don't know what to do with my life at the moment. What can I do?

I decided to put all my time into basketball so that I could become really good, and maybe have a shot at entering the NBA, I mean you never know. It's been 2 months since I started concentrating on that sport. I have trained my shot, and now I rarely miss one. I am in a position in life where I need to make a tough decision.

Choice 1 : I enter the NBA draft, and hope to get picked.

Choice 2 : I go play basketball overseas. Maybe, one day, an NBA team will give me a contract.

I decided to drop out of school, and look for a job. I am working full time at a security company. I am really happy because this security job is really well paying. I am still living with my parents so I don't have to spend a lot of money. It's been a year, and I made a big amount of money with this job. I'm looking to invest some of it but I still don't know what.

Actually, I’m in Australia. I am working as a chiropractor there and it’s cool because I’m alongside some family members. It’s beautiful here. The amount of people that comes to me and wants my help is big. I can’t believe that I can help them.

I am working with Montreal ambulance services at the moment. I can be there to help others that are in need of a doctor in critical moments. We go around the city every day to help the people that call for our services and we are so blessed to give them the help that they need.

The Canadian army was in need of a medical officer and fortunately, I had already talked to them about the vacant position. So, in a couple of days, I receive the official admission to the army and I had to do a certain formation to be able to go in the field. I am now serving the country as a medical officer and it’s an honor to me.

Go to the university, and study to get a better diploma.

I decided to enter the university and to study something there so that my future is settled. It took me 3 years before obtaining my diploma and now, I’m able to work with a better salary than before. My life has just changed for the better.

Instead of doing some random courses, I am going to do a technique at Ahuntsic College. This way, I could find a job way easier than if I hadn’t complete my studies. At the moment, I just finished my technique, and I work for a great company with a pretty good salary.

I made my choice. My mind is telling me to try my luck, and enter the NBA draft. It was the greatest choice I have ever made in my whole entire life. I was picked twenty-fifth in the second round of the draft. It’s a great blessing to be playing the sport that I always wanted to play and that it’s my job.

My parents supported my idea of going overseas to play international basketball. I got a contract in the Lithuanian basketball league, and I earn a wage to play basketball. It’s actually unreal! I am being scouted by some NBA teams and in the near future, it’s probable that I will be playing for one of them.

I invested some of my money in the new cryptocurrency, and it’s not going as planned for the moment. I regret taking this decision because this currency is dropping on the market and I will not be able to make profit off of it. This investment was a huge risk but it taught me something important.
