After Graduating.

Finally graduated from high school and was eager to continue learning. I decided to go to Ahuntsic College to pursue studies in Business Administration. After three years of studying at college, I finally finished and received my degree. I thought that this was the end, but little did I know that this was just the beginning of a lot of decisions I must make to have the best future for myself. After graduating from college, I started working as a marketing assistant.

I decided to leave my education and start working as an assistant marketer, I thought that this was the best thing to do because with my new job, I made a lot of friends that were all my age, and everything was going okay, I loved my new job because it was so easy, and we had a lot of vacations, little that I knew that this was not the best thing to do because my salary was not enough for the style of life that I wanted, also, there were no challenges in this job, I repeated the same tasks every day. I began to feel bored. I had a lot of options: find a new job with a better salary, wait for a better opportunity or pursue my studies at the university.

After taking the step to leave my old job, I realized that I made a mistake because I didn't secure a new job before leaving. I started applying to a lot of jobs, including the position of Marketing Manager, but I didn't realize that this job titles had a lot of competition. I applied for at least 50 jobs, but none of them accepted me. I became depressed and didn't know what to do, as bills were starting to pile up, and I didn't have any source of income to pay them. After struggling for two months, I finally started getting job interviews. A lot, of jobs accepted my offer to have a better salary but inside me, I wanted to become a Marketing Manager.

I decided to postpone accepting a marketing position in favour of looking for a better opening to begin as a marketing manager. Months lapse into years, though, and I am still having trouble finding the ideal match. I began to question my knowledge and credentials, and my confidence began to wane.

After applying for more than 50 jobs to market manager positions, I finally started getting job interviews. I was so scared and excited at the same time. I prepared myself mentally and went to my first interview, I thought that I did okay in the interview. I waited for the company to call me back, but they rejected my offer because I didn’t go to university. At this moment, I felt like the world has ended, I was so depressed, and I thought of abandoning. I was so sad when suddenly my phone rang, and it was another to a different company. My whole life depended on this job. I went to the interview, but they rejected me for the same reason. My dream was destroyed, I called my ancient job, and they accepted that I come back, and work with them as an assistant marketer. But, I had another option which was to proceed with my studies at the university to work the job of my dream.

I decided to continue my studies at John Nelson School, it was a very hard decision to take because I knew that becoming a student means no money and a lot of hard work. I felt stressed and excited at the same time. I decided to leave my apartment, and live at the university in order to save money and to make some new friends. This was one of the best decisions that I made because in less than 2 weeks, I already had a lot of new friends, and I even found my girlfriend there. She studied to become a pharmacist. I love the vibe of the university but the experience was hard at the same time because I didn’t have money to go out and buy the car of my dreams but after 3 years, I finally made it. I graduated from the university, and I married the love of life. After, we have graduated I had 2 choices. Number 1 was to search for a job and number 2 was to start my own business.

Finally, after 3 years in college, and 3 years at the university, after working very hard. I had the job of my dream. I felt so happy to achieve my goal, even If this goal took very hard work and a lot of time. I have finally arrived. I am married now, have 2 kids, and work in what I love.

I decided to open my own marketing agency, my agency specializes in a digital marketing, and I thought that opening my business would be easy because I would be my own boss. I was wrong, having a business is so hard, it comes with a good title but with a lot of stress and responsibilities. I hired a very creative team, and we started working and working, it was so hard but I knew that I could make my dream comes true. After, 2 years of struggling, and working hard, I realized that I was not making any profit, and I had a lot of debt. This was a nightmare. I had 2 choices: close my business or continue fighting till I make my dream came true.

I gave up, I could not make it. This action was so hard and depressing for me to do, but I did not have a choice, I closed my business, after two years of hard work and struggle, I closed it. I was very depressed at this point I felt like my life has ended. I could not look into the eyes of my wife or my children and tell them that I have failed. I stayed depressed for one month, but I couldn't feel this feeling anymore. I contacted my bank, took a new loan and this time if I fail, this will take my house. I had no choice but to succeed. I had the idea of starting a supplements company with my wife because I know how obsessed she was with formulas. I finally had the money that I needed, and we started developing a supplements company from scratch.

I couldn't close my company, I couldn't feel defeated, and I struggled with debt and long hours of work, but I didn't give up. I called my professor, he had a doctorate in Marketing, I gave him 50% assets at my company, but in return, he would be obligated to help me get up and stand again. He accepted we started working right away. It was a long journey, but we made it, After, 10 years of hard work, and a lot of Ups and downs, our company is now rated one of the best Marketing companies in the world. I couldn't feel happier. I loved my life and I soon realise that the amusement that I had was in the journey, not the success. Of course, the feeling of success is worth every hard hour I worked but the feeling of solving problems, and feeling stressed was better.

I'm starting a supplement company with my wife. My wife and I decided to launch a supplement business since we both have a love for marketing and health and well-being. We put all of our money into this business after selling our house and vehicles. My wife spent years developing and testing products. The firm is successfully launched. Our company faced a number of obstacles, ranging from paperwork to resources, but we overcome them all, and it is now prospering. However, I soon realized that I had a lot of free time and that I was no longer in charge of the business. The sensation was not pleasant at all. I had two choices, restart in a new field or retire.

After the success I had at my new company, I decided to restart learning to be a real state agent. It was not for the money, but I just felt bored. I took a course for one year, but I was headed to find a job because I didn't have any experience in this field. I was so desperate for employment that I took a dead-end real estate position at a tiny business. I soon saw that the firm has no interest in elevating me or giving me chances to advance. I began to feel uninspired. I had a choice to accept a new on-the-job training in another company.

I'm so glad I was able to take advantage of the on-the-job training opportunities in a new agency I worked closely with a seasoned agent called Jack who taught me everything I needed to know about real estate during my training. Jack taught me how to market a home for sale, prepare it for showings, and barter for the best price. I was fortunate to have him as my mentor since he was encouraging. I was able to rapidly pick up the abilities and self-assurance I required to be a successful real estate agent. After becoming a successful real estate agent, I had two choices: the first was to invest in real estate and the second was to retire because I already had a successful supplement company, and I was doing this for fun.

I had the knowledge of a real estate agent, so investing in real estate was very easy, after 4 years of buying buildings and selling them, I made a fortune, and I felt like I have accomplished a lot in my life. I am now a grandfather, and I have a lot of money. I decided to retire and relax after working hard for more than 25 years!

After building two successful businesses, I had a lot of money, I decided to retire, I have 2 sons and a girl. Both of my sons and my girl works in my supplement company. So, there is not much work for me to do. I decided to travel the world with my wife, we have now visited more than 35 countries, and we are having fun. I feel like I have done what I meant to do, and I am so happy and free.

Live is hard, no one has it easy, in any people life there will be ups and downs, whether you are employed or a business owner, there are always difficulties that you will face, but in order to really be happy, you can't give up. Continue doing what you love doing, even if it seems impossible to succeed, work on yourself, and be the best version of yourself that you could be. Every time you think that there is no solution to your problem, keep positive, and try to fix it. There will be always hope at the end of the tunnel!
