You then make recommendations based on your evaluation. You also have the power to remove a child from their family in case of an emergency. Your job is stressful, and it can be extremely hard, but you love what you do. Since you work for the Director of Youth Protection, you have access to vacations, a pension, a leave of absence if necessary, and a plenty of other benefits. After working for the Director of Youth Protection for 30 years, you finally retired knowing that you helped the development of many children.
