The beginning of the AEC.

It was time to make an important decision about my future career. After the Cegep, I had to make the most difficult choice of my life. Which program do I really want to get in? What kind of job do I want to do for a living?

Choice 1 : Keep working for the family's business.

Choice 2 : Try to find a good company who wants me to work for them.

Keep working for the family's business.

By staying in my family's business, I won't need to do all the steps that everyone needs to do when they get hired in a company. The truth is that I have a criminal record. I want to make sure that nobody do a background check on me, so nobody will find this part of my life. One day, I got sucked up in a robbery. One of my friends had one of the worst ideas in this world. She wanted to steal a pair of shoes that was worth a lot of money. Unfortunately I helped her steal those shoes and got caught. In my head I though, " This will follow me for the rest of my life. "

Choice 1 : Keep stealing in expensive stores.

Choice 2 : Try to do my best to improve myself.

Try to find a good company who wants me to work for them.

After graduating in real estate broker and property manager, I have to find a good and well-known company who wants a new employee. I have to find a job where I will feel accomplished, and where I will be sure to have good condition. Where my retirement will pay, and where I will be able to be myself. Of course, they will find that in college I only got straight A's and that I'm a hard work person who never give up.

Choice 1 : Going to work in a real estate broker company for the rest of my life.

Choice 2 : Start my own company in Property Management.

Keep stealing expensive shoes.

After my first time stealing, I got in jail. Unfortunately, when I got off, I didn't learn from the first time with my friend. It's sad, but I have an addiction for nice shoes, and expensive one. I'm not interested in learning the ins-and-out of a job, it's boring. I have a lot more fun when I run from a store after stealing. I deeply believe that I'm not capable of doing stuff like OJT, if I do I will yell at the employees because I know that they will annoy me.

Choice 1 : Start stealing expensive clothes in Ogilvy.

Choice 2 : Keep up for myself, stop stealing, and go find a job.

Try to do my best to improve myself.

I've decided to set aside my stealing issues, and move forward. I will try my best to have the drive to work and increase good behaviour. I want to learn the ropes of a new job. I don't really mind which job I will find the important thing is that I make enough money to live. Of course, one of my deepest dreams is to be a Real Estate Broker or a Property Manager. I still hope that I will be able to stay in the right path.

Choice 1 : Start a new real estate project with my family.

Choice 2 : Sell all of my dad's buildings without telling him in order to start my own company.

I don't think that I can live without stealing. My addiction got worst, I steal clothes in a store where all the expensive things are sold. I have a lack of consciousness when it comes to steal.

I'm starting to look for a new job. I have a criminal record, so it will be hard to find a job who will accept me. I personally think that I can prove myself, and make sure to stop stealing expensive clothes, and shoes. I have a lot of things to learn, first of all, I must be engaged in order to start for good my future job. After doing a little bit a research, I found a free position at a grocery store. I went to do my interview, and they hired me! I was so happy! Finally, I can start a new path of my life.

One of my dearest dreams is to start with my family a new project where I am involved. I've always thought that I will feel fulfillment when I would finally have the opportunity to start my own project with my parents' help. One of my dreams since I was a little kid was to become a real estate broker. I've always loved everything about a home. I think that it's important to feel safe and comfortable in your home. That's why I what to provide this feeling to people who are searching to find a new house, or to sell there house in order to find a better one. I know that by doing this job, I won't mind doing some overtime because I will feel like my job is a part of myself. Another part of this job that I'm sure of it is that I know that I will feel worthwhile when I find my clients' house.

Now that I'm accepted in the fruits and vegetables department, I will learn the ins-and-outs of the job. They told me that I needed to do an On the Job Training in order to know everything about my new job. The person who teaches me everything about the job is really kind and adorable. She told me that I was a good trainee, a good listener, and a good student. Hopefully I will stay here for the rest of my life because I really like the job, and my colleagues.

After getting comments about my work, I decided to go home. I was sad, and I had no more self-esteem. I got back at home, and started crying a lot thinking that I would never find a job where I could feel like myself, and where everybody would respect me.
