You have to make choices for a 22-year-old man named Elijah. He studied and graduated from Diagnostic Imaging at Ahuntsic College to become a diagnostic ultrasound technician. He has the choice to go to McGill University or just start his new job at IRM Sud-Ouest - MRI & Ultrasound Clinic.

Elijah has been accepted into McGill University & now lives in a dorm. However, he is with a girl... Should he report it to the ones in charge or should he go on with his studies & pretend that it's normal?

Elijah couldn't sleep for weeks since he was with this unknown girl, so he decides to leave & starts working at his dream job instead. He gets accepted & now they ask him if he wants to work either on Monday or Tuesday.

Elijah is not really excited to work, so he decides to work on Tuesday to start things slowly.

Elijah, flabbergasted of this situation but isn't showing it, introduces himself to his new female coworkers. But there's one that seems interesting... Should he go talk to her or should he just stay with the 4 coworkers that won't leave him alone?

Elijah receives a message saying that they want to talk to him. Turns out it's his old roommate at McGill University! Her name is Sarah & she has been having an interest on him ever since they started to share the dorm together, but she never talked to him because she thought it was weird.

He goes & introduces himself to her. What should he say? (She's very pretty).

Turns out she texted him on accident, so then she blocks him & he doesn't really mind. He just pretended nothing happened & continued working in the clinic...

Got weirded out & ignored it.

After deleting the message, Elijah kept doing his favourite thing, which was doing MRI scans for his patients & Fluoroscopy scans. He just pretended like nothing happened :D.

Elijah found out that his patient has elusive tuberculous meningitis with rare neurological complication of longitudinally extensive transverse myelitis. He can't do anything about it either can his doctor, they told the patient he has only 3 months left to live.

When he tried to grab her arm, it hurt her since his grasp was painful. She decided quickly to take a needle & she stabbed him through the neck. He collapsed on the floor & fractured his skull...
