My story begins at the Cegep of Saint-Hyacinthe. I study business with the goal of accomplishing great things in the future. I do straight A’s in all of my subjects. I pull off all of my classes in the 2-year program and see two opportunities open to me. I was accepted at HEC University in Montreal, and I was thinking about the idea of going to Europe for a GAP year.

I decided to stay stable by staying closes to my family and friends by choosing to study at HEC Montreal. My university life cost few since I stayed with my parents. So, I was able to invest a lot in the stock market and focus on a drop shipping company at the same time as my studies. The business worked very well, and I quickly made a profit and was able to buy my first apartment block at 21. I have a year left to do in school, and I don’t know if I’m finishing school or, if I’m putting all my time into my company.
Choice 1 : Finish university.

I worked hard for several months being close to the HR. One day, I went to see the big boss to report him. With the help of my colleagues, the HR was fired. The big boss decided to offer me the HR vacant position because I had good values and a good relationship with my colleagues. I had to choose.

I leave for Europe with an itinerary that goes around the continent. I live a superb year and make several contacts. I love my travel so much that I decide to study there. I have two choices to continue my studies.

Finishing school took a lot of my times and made me do bad decision on my side business. I lose a lot of money and this decision affect my mental health and I've been in depression for few years and drop all of the things in my life. Start again and make better choices.

I started to work on my own. For a couple of years it was very stressful, and I didn't know if I was good enough for this job. I started to put overtime hours in my business and spent 70 hours a week in the company. The profit was there, but I felt so overwhelmed by all the tasks and that brought me no happiness. I really enjoyed my years at that school. I learned a lot and focused on the money currency with the help of some teachers. After school, I had the choice of joining a large company that has been in a big public controversy in the news or working for the Swiss government in managing the wallet.

I didn’t like my personal life in England that much. However, I love how professional life works there. I finished my years in England and I have to decide for my future.

Back in Quebec, I meet my future wife at a party with old friends. In my professional life, I get a job as a marketing partner in a small business. It was a dead-end job. After several years, I realize that I probably did not make the best decision for my professional ambitions. I regret it. Start again and make better choices.

As soon as I arrive, the company says that they are impressed by my fulfillment. As an intern, I was happy that the company already likes me. I did several small tasks to come in handy to the current employees. I was able to learn the ropes of the British marketing world. Unfortunately, after a full summers of the internship, I realized that the marketing world might not be for me. I was lost. Start again and make better choices.

Arriving in the company, I found the atmosphere strange. I heard many stories about sexual harassment and misconduct by the company’s HR on some employee. I have several questions about my future in this company, but the situation had touched my curiosity.

I started my job as a wallet manager with an on-the-job-training. I started my OJT with a young colleague name Emma. Unfortunately for me, I fell in love with her. She was a really great trainer at least. She told me about the wage and the ins-and-outs of the job. I quickly understood that I will love this title. They asked me if I want to stay or not in this company after your OJT.

I applied in a lot of places without being called back. After few months of research, I still haven’t found a company that I liked. I broke up with Emma because she spent too much time at work. I regret my decision to refuse the job offer. Start again and make better choices.

I have been working for the Swiss government for 30 years now. Business is going very well, the Swiss economy is running pretty well. I married my colleague Emma, which caused some discomfort at work. I have 3 children with her, and I succeed to manage my personal and professional life well. I have the opportunity to be promoted. I decided to do my little investigation. I approached the HR of the company and asked for help with a project. On my way home, I decided to buy myself a lottery ticket at the corner store. A few weeks later, I learned that my ticket was the winner of the 100 million euro jackpot. So, I decided to stop working for the rest of my life. I enjoyed my life the maximum I can with family and friends and on the side I made good investments. (End of this life).

I accepted this new challenge as the Prime Minister of a country. I was in that position for 8 years before retiring at age of 62. I received a lot of government bonuses that allowed me to live a retirement without any worries. I enjoyed it with Emma and was able to spend more time with my three children and my grandchildren. After so many years in the same positions, I began to feel alienated in my everyday life, I no longer felt myself, I needed air. I applied for a leg work, but my superiors refused. I regretted not accepting the promotion. I stayed in the same position until I retired. (End of this life).

I decided to stay in the same job by working in different projects as a project manager. I have worked hard throughout my career to climb the ranks. I didn’t have time to have a family, but I was able to achieve my career by making me a name in the Swiss business world. After I retired, I used my pension and my advantage with the company to travel and find myself. I also did a lot of moneys in my career, the wage was really good. (End of the life).

Retire at 65 was the best decision I have ever made. I was able to enjoy the last years of my career and be in peace with the closure of this one. I was able to finalize the payment of the mortgage on my last home and accumulated more money than I have now set aside.
