It all started like this.

I just finished college at Cegep de Saint-Hyacinthe, and I wasn’t sure what to do next.

During this year I didn't know what to do.

I saw an opportunity online to go volunteering abroad. I quit my dead-end job, and went to Costa Rica to save turtles.

Choice 1 : Stay in Costa Rica.

Choice 2 : Go back to Quebec.

I stayed in Costa Rica.

I started my own volunteering company in Costa Rica. I do my part to clean the sea with volunteers form all around the world. I had a great life at the beach!

After an amazing experience about helping other, I returned to Quebec, and I took a dead-end job.

Choice 2 : Go back to school.

I stayed at the dead-end job.

I was a trainee on this job, and I had on-the-job training. I started by learning the ropes. I was so overwhelmed by all the new skill I had to learn that I had to ask questions.

After I asked my question to Bob, I realized Bob wasn't flirting with me, it was sexual harassment. I suffered from anxiety and depression. After this dreading day, I never got to work again.

I had a dead-end job, but I wanted better!

I was a secretary in a hospital, but I saw nurses, and it became my dream job! I retired as a nurse, and had a great journey with my patient even if I don't like surgery.

I decided to go back to school.

I went to the University of Sherbrooke in the Business program. I choose the accounting specialization to be rich, but I never liked numbers. I lived a sad life.

I went to HEC Montreal.

I went to HEC, but I didn't have straights A's like my friends. It was maddening!

Choice 1 : Drop out of school.

Choice 2 : Work harder.

I dropped out of school.

I dropped out of HEC because my grade was bad. I finished my life in the street of Montreal.

I worked harder.

With a good time management, I was able to work harder, and improved my grades. The last year arrived faster than the other, and I had to choose a specialization.

Choice 1 : Chose the Human Resource specialization.

Choice 2 : Chose the Finance specialization.

I choose Finance.

Finance is not for me. I don't like the stock market, and it was my classes that I liked the least. I lived a sad life.

I loved the Human Resource specialization. It was my dream job. My job is to take care of employees. I had to choose an internship to finish my HR program in HEC.

Choice 2 : Chose the new small business.

I choose the big money company.

For my internship, I choose the big money company. I thought I would hire a lot of people and would have had acknowledgment for my action in the company. Instead, I didn't feel recognized by the organization. My colleagues and I felt powerless because our director took the credit for our work. The big company was alienated.

Choice 2 : Leave the big company.

I stayed at the big company.

After I realized the company was alienated, I stayed there, and I got sucked up in office politics. My colleagues were putting their self-serving interests above the interests of the organization. Office politics decreased the productivity of the real work we were supposed to do. More often than not, groups of employees were withholding about hinder.

Choice 1 : Stay at the big company.

Choice 2 : Leave the big company.

I stayed at the big company again.

I stayed at the big company because of the money. After I let the office politics and the alienation slip through my hand, I realized corruption too was ingrained. I witnessed embezzlement. My colleague and director took the company money. They bribed me not to say anything with a big part of that money.

Choice 1 : Stay at the company and accept the money.

Choice 2 : Leave the big company.

I stayed at the big company and accept their bribe.

I choose to stay at the company, but someone reported the corrupt people and the office politic to the HR department, and we had to close the company.

I left the big company.

After I realized all the trouble of the big company, I decided to leave it. Once I quit, I needed a new job.

Choice 1 : Start working in a new big company.

Choice 2 : Start working in a small business.

I started working in a new big company.

After an OJT, I realized all the big company were in trouble. I still wanted the money. So, I stayed working there and had an unhappy life.

Choice 1 : Go back to the start and make better choices.

I choose to work in a small business.

This new family business was the perfect fit for me! I worked alone in the HR department, and I was able to make big decision for the company. The company acknowledged my presence and my idea. I had time to spend with my family and was happy at work. I took my retirement at 65 years old. I didn't know what to do.

Choice 1 : Travel.

Choice 2 : Start a new hobby.

I travelled during my retirement.

I travelled all around the world with my saving and my small government income. It was very fun. It was the best life ever!

I started a new hobby.

I bought a bike. Biking was my retirement hobby. I did 20 km a day. I had a great life!
