I am currently studying Social Sciences with mathematics at Saint-Hyacinthe College. I want to do a bachelor's degree in administration and need to choose which University I'm going to go to.

After few weeks in the firm, I have been the recipient of sexual harassment. The perpetrator was my boss. At the beginning, it was only flirtation, but it ends up that he asked me a lot of time for sexual favors. I felt dread each time that he was approaching me even if I didn't make a misconduct.

Either I start my own company or join an existent firm.

This gave me the chance to do an on-the-job-training in a big firm of Wall Street in New York. I learn the ins-and-outs of the job like all the other trainees. The wage was really good. A major drawback of this OJT is that the boss of the enterprise have LGBTQ bias so when he discovered that I am transgender he fired me and insulted me in multiple ways. I wonder if I should quit the field of Finance or not.

I go talk to someone that work in the HR and explain to him my complaint. The person answered that it's useless to do the leg work to find information about my boss and to do a background check because the boss have the final say about everything. The man offer me a motivated leave of absence because I am traumatized and that there is no vacant position in the firm. I don't know if I take revenge or not.

I act as if nothing happened because I don't want to be fired. My boss is still persistent, and he ended up raping me at work. I need to decide if I make a complaint to the police or change my job.
