It was the beginning of a new journey at Ahuntsic College. I was thinking and searching if there was a convenient program for myself. After a long period, I had to make one of the most important choices.
Choice 1 : Do my homework every week.
Choice 2 : Play more video games on my computer.

After the first week of the semester, my teachers already started to give us homework. Indeed, they wanted us to improve our time management to complete everything that is due in the course. I was about to pull off and get straight A's in every course, though I had a maddening friend who tried to put aside all of our efforts and invited me to quit my studies by joining him on his new business. He thoroughly was in need of a competent person. He knew that I was trying my best to get the best grades, thoughtful I was the best person to refer on his surroundings.
Choice 1 : Never give up and work hard in school.
Choice 2 : Quit school for business.
I started to procrastinate every day, and play video games with my friends instead of studying and reaching my goals for my future career. I had bad grades and a very bad reputation towards my teachers. Nobody wanted to start a project with me because I always found a reason to be away. Sadly, I've failed all of my courses.
Choice 1 : Bad idea, let's return hahaha
I was very happy in my program called Accounting and Management Technology, that the 3 years passed way too fast. I've made so many friends and every teacher were friendly with me. I learned so many things like the asset, the equity, the liability, the finance, the human resources, the stock, the wage, etc. It was time for me to start my on the job training.
Choice 1 : Apply to an accounting firm in Montreal as an Accounting and Management Technology.
Choice 2 : Falsified our internship and pay the teacher to get a good grade.
This is a very bad option because you don't have enough knowledge of the field of study, and you may fail on your new startup enterprise since you do not have the requirement to keep a financially healthy company.
Choice 1 : Hey! Stay in school!
This is my first OJT (on the job training), and where the whole story begin. I was so excited to start to gain knowledge and experience in my field. Learning the ins-and-outs about my profession. As a trainee I was lucky because I had a wage and there was no drawback, since everyone was nice with me, and no bias against any trainee. Everything was good so far, until...
Choice 1 : I decided to be a volunteering abroad, in Tanzania.
Choice 2 : Wasted all my money in LotoQuebec.
If you chose this one, you are hilarious, I like you. Nice try!
Choice 1 : Let's do it legally.
This was one of the worst experiences I've never had. Even if I received a premium wage from the company and the purpose was good. The goal was to take care of the medical stock by taking care of the asset and the budget without wasting too much money, everything was used for helping the people in need. There was an invaluable amount of work, but I took the time and my whole energy to help the people. Sadly, there were too many corruptions in the charity company, it was a dead-end, since few people was taking the money from the partnerships. It was such a mess and the only people who suffered was the people with medical issues. In-dept, it was a good experience, I've accomplished something special by meeting new people, but sadly I was far away from my family and there were too many corruptions.
Choice 1 : Back to Canada to do my internships.
Choice 2 : Continue in a corrupted organization.
Congrats! You won! Woohoo! Warning : be responsible with gambling : are you concerned about your gaming habits please contact 1-800-461-0141.
Choice 1 : Return.
So, back in Canada, I was able to do my internship for my last semester at Ahuntsic College. I was on-the-job-training to learn the ropes : the functionalities and responsibilities in the enterprise and how I would be able to use all theories I've learned so far in Accounting and Management Technology program. I had a foot in the door, and I was a bit stressful about my mentor behavior. Indeed, I don't know if I will come in handy, even if technically I was prepared, my brain was overwhelm of negatives thoughts. Anyway, it was a test drive to see if this company was fitting with my personality and my goals.
Choice 1 : The next day.
Choice 2 : Lost in the past.
Well-now you are under arrests because you contributed to a malicious organization that printed money and create a fiscal paradise.
Choice 1 : I trust you, you got this!
Let's talk here about something that happened in the office, and it disturbed me while I was working. It's about sexual harassment, I saw my mentor doing a misconduct to a young trainee lady. At the beginning, the perpetrator tried to do flirtation with a young trainee lady, until he started to be more aggressive. The recipient felt fear, she felt stressful and anxious about the situation, with dread she didn't know what to do. I came in and tried to talk with my mentor, by telling him that this kind of behavior is gross, and he should stop harassed the lady. I tried to deter him, so he could leave the room by himself. He didn't care about me, so he continues. I had to call the security guards and call my boss. In the end, the guy was fired, and he also got sued...everything went in order...I have to say that I was very stressful about this day, a bit like when I got hired.
Choice 1 : The moment I got hired.
Choice 2 : The moment I got fired.
Uh, you cannot travel in the time, not yet or maybe if you have The Time Machine, just like Sheldon in Big Bang Theory.
Choice 1 : Let's return mortal.
I remember when I got accepted by the HR (Human Resources). I really wanted to do my internship in this accounting firm because I would be able to receive a compensation package with multiple benefits (health insurance, paid vacation, and pension). They wanted to background check me if I did anything wrong because they are very meticulous, and they do business with international companies. Then, I had to know if the company may involve some traveling around the globe, they said yes it's a leg work and gives me the opportunity to travel around the United States of America. Also, they told me that this is not a vacant position, and they only hired serious people even for the internship because if they like the trainee, they want like to keep them in the company. Also, they are very optimist with leave of absence, since there're many things that can happen in life (pregnancy, health issues, etc). Now the most important question of all time...think about Matrix...red pill (life changing) or blue pill (remaining in the contented experience of ordinary reality)?
Choice 1 : Blue pill.
Choice 2 : Red pill.
I didn't get fired, I always do my things right! Don't be mean!
Choice 1 : Let's go back.
We woke up between the mortals, and now with the power of knowledge learned in our courses, we understand the meaning of our internship, the drive of work, the worthwhile, the fulfillment. We gain power and confidence, we feel accomplished and passionate about our field of study. Now, we can create a plan for our retirement, set aside multiple incomes to live a happy life. Thanks to every teacher who helped us, giving us the tools to understand the system.
Choice 1 : A new journey.
It's time to graduate, we turn the page with a smile on our faces, we look ahead, and we see the University, the end.
Choice 1 : Restart.
