The Story of My Life

College Decision.

I was in my final year of high school. I needed to apply for college before the deadline. I didn’t know exactly what I wanted to do with my life. To help me choose, a friend of mine told me to choose with my heart. Easy to say when you know what you want… I made the first selection of colleges I would like to go then I had to choose one of them. I also thought of going in Social Science pre-university program because it sounded interesting. Since I had straight A’s, it wasn't difficult to be accepted.

Choice 1 : I applied to Dawson College.

Choice 2 : I applied to CÉGEP de Sainte-Foy.

Choice 3 : I applied to Ahuntsic College.

Dawson's Student Union.

I decided to apply to Dawson College. College ask for a lot of organization and time management. I was really nervous about having to speak English all the time. When the semester began, it took me a few weeks to get used to having all of my classes in English. One day, while I was going to the library in order to study for my Spanish class, I saw a kiosk. A group of student were recruiting names for the Dawson Student Union. What should I had done?

Choice 1 : Stop and wrote my name on the list for the chairperson’s post. I’m a boss!

Choice 2 : Continue to the library. My Spanish class won’t study itself.

A New Friend?

I decided to apply to CÉGEP de Sainte-Foy. I had to move in another city. I had to leave my family, my friends and my lovely city. For me, it was a new adventure that would get me out of my comfort zone. When I moved to Quebec City, I discovered a beautiful city and a wonderful CÉGEP. It was my first day of college and I met a girl who seemed really cool in my Psychology class. When the teacher was done explaining behavioral psychology, she gave us a break and I started talking with that girl. What should I had done?

Choice 1 : I should ask her if she want work with me for our Psychology project. We could be good teammates.

Choice 2 : I should ask her if she wants to go out. We can become good friends!

Choice 3 : I should leave her alone because I’m too shy. Anyway, if she is interested in becoming friends with me, she is going to make the first move!

A Trip to China?

I decided to apply to Ahuntsic College. All of my friends from High School were in the same college as me. It made me feel more comfortable in this new environment. While I was going to my locker after my Economy class, I saw a poster on a bulletin board that was inviting student in Social Science, which I am part of, to apply to a school trip in China.

Choice 1 : I should apply for the trip. China here I come!

Choice 2 : I should continue to my locker. I don’t have time for vacation.

A Big Deception.

I decided to write my name on the list of candidates that want to become the next chairperson’s in the DSU. For a few weeks, we had to make posters, debates and speeches to encourage people to vote for us. In the end, my enemy got elected instead of me. So, I killed him. I wanted that job! What should I had done next?

Choice 1 : Go to the police and denounce myself.

Choice 2 : Make the murder looks like a suicide.

I Got a Scholarship!

My perseverance and my discipline paid off. Because of my straight A's at the end of my DEC, I received a $3000 scholarship. It helped me to pay my university fees and not be overwhelmed by the drive of work and school at the same time. I can, finally, set aside some money for future needs. Now, I had to choose which university I will go to in order to become a psychologist.

Choice 1 : McGill University.

Choice 2 : Université de Montréal.

I Failed.

I failed my psychology project and it depressed me. I didn’t know what I wanted to do anymore. I was discouraged. So, I decided to take a year of and travel the world. When I was in a plane in the direction of New Delhi, the plane crashed on an Island. Most of the passengers were dead. We were only eight survivors. Three of them were severely injured. What should I had done first?

Choice 1 : Try to help severely injured passengers.

Choice 2 : Find food. I can’t work when I’m hungry.

Sexual Harassment.

She accepted my invitation. We went out the whole semester and I failed my classes. One night, we went to a party and a fight started because a guy sexually harassed her. She became really mad and killed him. When the police officers came, they bring us to the police station, she told them I was the one that commit the murder.

Choice 1 : I should take the blame.

Choice 2 : I should run away.

It is Time to Make a Choice.

I decided I won’t try to be friended with that girl. I though I made a good choice. I didn’t have a lot of friends in college, but at least I had good ones. In college, I developed an interest in psychology. Recently, I finished my last semester in college and I’m, now, going to university. Which university should I apply to?

Choice 1 : Université Laval.

Choice 2 : Concordia University.

The Best Trip of My Life.

OH MY GOD! I just came back from my trip in China. It was an invaluable trip. I met new people. I learned a new culture. I discovered a new country. It was so different from our culture in Canada. It was definitely a trip to remember. I decided I would go back in China after my DEC. What should I do?

Choice 1 : Take a year of and go work in China.

Choice 2 : Apply to Université de Montréal and make an exchange student trip in a University in China.

I Got Involved in a Car Accident.

All of my friends went to this school trip in China. They had a lot of fun. I chose to stay in Montreal. Alone. Working and studying all by myself. Six days ago, I was driving to school and I got in a car accident. I had been in the hospital since, and I couldn't get out. My legs got hit, and my doctor said that I won’t be able to walk again. I am stuck in a wheelchair for the rest of my life.

Choice 1 : Stay in the wheelchair.

Choice 2 : Travel to the United States to get an experimental surgery in order to get back my let before it’s too late.

My Release From Prison.

I went to the police station to denounce myself. I got in prison. I had time to finish my DEC and my bachelor degree in Sociology when was in jail. When a got out of it 25 years later, I got reinserted into the society. I am still regretting the gesture I made. To compensate my gesture, I volunteered in different associations in Canada. I, also, volunteered abroad, in Kenya to help children.

My Career in Criminology.

I hide the evidence of my murder. I never got caught by the police. I did my bachelor in Criminology and started working in prison. I got sucked up in a fight of prisoners. I got fired by my boss. I was forced to retire.

My New Business.

I decided to do my Bachelor of Psychology at McGill University. I got even better at English then a was in college. Unfortunately, I didn’t get accepted in the Ph.D of psychology. I went to Concordia's school of business and started my own company of swimwear while learning the ropes. I am now a millionaire and got a house in Tuscany.

My Career in Psychology.

I applied at the Université de Montréal for my Bachelor of Psychology. I made a combine doctorate. I had internships to gain experience and learn how to interview a patient. The internship helped me to get a foot in the door in this hospital for a future job in the field, after my doctorate. By the age of 35, I owned my own private psychology cabinet and, at the same time, I was doing research for the Université de Montréal’s research clinic.

I am Back in Canada!

In this plane crash I learned how to take care of quite extreme injuries. Six months after the crash, a boat went by and saw us. They took us in Manilla and we find a way to go back to our countries. When I came back in Canada, I decided to go in a Pre-Hospital Emergency Care program, at Ahuntsic College. I loved that job. Now that I am retired, I want to go volunteering for Montreal firefighters.

My Post-Traumatic Disorder!

I went near the sea to find fish. The three people who were severely injured died a few hours after the crash. We got traumatized by the event. Six months later, a boat came by and saw us. I finally was able to go back in Montreal. I couldn't find any work nor going out. I went to see a psychologist. She diagnosed me of a Post-Traumatic disorders. She helped me to deal with it. It took me a few years, but I finally found a way to have a normal life again. I learn to deal with this event. I find a work as a secretary of a psychologist and died at work of a cardiac arrest.

I Got Killed in Jail.

I took the blame of her murder. I went in jail. I spent about 25 years between four walls and I died in there, killed by other prisoners. All of this because I took the blame for her.

My Life as a Social Worker.

I ran away. I got accused of complicity after the act, but my lawyer did a good job and he sent me free. I went back to school. I did a Bachelor in Social Work. I decided I would work with kids and teenagers in need. I spend my whole life helping those kids and I died during an intervention.

My experience with "Doctor Without Boarders"!

I decided I was going to apply at Laval University. I made a whole new life in Quebec City. I got into the psychology doctorate and became a psychologist. One day, when I got bored with my routine. I decided I was going to apply to "Doctors Without Borders". In this program, I had to go in a country that needed doctors, nurses and psychologists to help the population that are in a crisis. I died in a bombing in Palestine when I was in mission.

My Experience in Neuroscience!

I decided I was going to apply at Concordia University. I, first, applied for the Bachelor of Psychology, but I found out that it was not really interested in it so I applied to the Bachelor of Neuroscience. I became a neurologist in a research laboratory.

My Own Canadian Restaurant in China!

I decided I would go to China for a year. In the end, I never came back to Montreal. I really liked my life in China. I learned Mandarin and I worked in a restaurant. I open my own Canadian restaurant in Shanghai. Now that I am going to retired, I want to go back in Canada to see my family and friends.

My Life in China!

I went to Montreal University and take Mandarin classes in order to apply for my exchange student program in China. I went to the University of Hong Kong. Because it was the end of my Bachelor, I decided to do my doctorate in Biology in China. I came back in Canada and worked on a research laboratory. Recently, I got retired, and I am going back to China to see my friends.

I Accepted My Condition.

I decided I won’t waste my time on trying to find a solution for my condition, and I am going to accept it. I never regretted it. I became a psychotherapist because I didn’t get my doctorate. I am now 29 years old and I'm in hospital because I got an infection that will probably kill me in a few hours.

The End Of My Life.

I decided I would go to the United States, and find a surgeon that is going to try on me, an experimental surgery in order to get back my legs. We found one, but, unfortunately, it didn’t go as expected. The surgery didn’t work AND I got infected by a rare virus that is going to kill me in less than 48 hours.
