The beginning.

You just finished 5 years of high school. It did not go as planned because covid came out of nowhere. Your last year of high school ended suddenly and everything feels like a fever dream. Even though you didn't get to finish your last year of high school, you need to apply to cegep. All of your friends apply to Montmorency College but a specific program at Ahuntsic College seems more interesting to you. Either you follow all of your friends or follow what you like.

The right choice 1.

You decided to follow your friends because you didn't want to go to a new school with no friends and far away from your house. You get accepted into the program of Natural Science Science. You know it's a very hard program, and you are not sure if it's really what you want, but you tell yourself that it's okay because your friends are with you, and you will help each other. The school year starts and because of covid school is online. You feel like you still on vacation but try to stay concentrated in zoom classes.

The right choice 2.

You decide to apply to Ahuntsic College in a technical program called 142.A0 Diagnostic Imaging. It's a 3-year program, and you feel like it's what you really want to do. You didn't want to go into a program where you have basic classes all over again like in high school. This program goes straight into the subject and that's what you want. You don't know anybody in this school, and it's pretty far away from your house since it's in Montreal and you live in Laval. The session starts and school is online because of covid. Since you study in a technical program, you can actually attend school because of some specific classes. There is this girl in almost all of your classes, you are not sure is you should go talk to her.

You decided to sleep in all your zoom classes. Wrong decision. You failed all of your classes since like you said before this program is very hard. You give up after your first semester of cegep and decide to take a year off. You work in all kinds of different jobs but switch quickly because nothing is good enough for you. You try to go back to school the year later but can't get used to going back to school. SAD.

You decided to stay strong and focused in your zoom classes, but whatever you do your grades are bad, and you feel like you can't pull it off. You try to put aside distractions and give all your energy into studying, but nothing seems to work. You feel out of place, and it's not what you want to do for the next 2 years. You let yourself go, and slowly abandon all of your classes. You spend all your time missing classes, and you become lazy. Either you stop school or change schools, and apply to Ahuntsic College.

The girl.

You decided to go talk to the girl. She is actually really nice, and you learn that she lives close to your house. You feel like you made a new friend and feels pretty happy with your situation. You and the girl quickly become friends, and you guys help each other out all the time. School really starts to be fun even though covid is still present. One day, you were hanging out with your friend at school after class when suddenly this guy start walking toward you. He comes up to you and asks for your name. You tell him, and he proceeds to ask for your Snapchat. You look at your friend, and she tells you no with her head. What should you do?

You decide to give him your Snapchat. He smiles and tells you that he will text you later. You blush and smile back. Later that day you wait impatiently for his text. He finally texts you and you guys talk all night. You would never have taught that going to this new school knowing absolutely no one you will get a great new friend and a possible boyfriend?! You feel like life really starts to make sense, and everything just gets better every day. You get closer and closer with your friend and Snapchat guy. One day your friend asks you if you want to go out on the weekend but at the same time, Snapchat guy asks you to go out too on the weekend. Who should you go out with on the weekend?

You decide to listen to your dear friend, and not give him your Snapchat. You love your friend, and trust her with all your heart, you know she would never tell no without a reason. The guy turns around angry, and tells you that you were ugly anyway. You look at your friend shocked, and she looks back at you worried. You ask her what's wrong. Your friend then explains to you that she heard about that guy before, and he wasn't good news. People told her that he was manipulative, and psycho, he was known at Ahuntsic College, and every girl should avoid him. You don't know what to say. You thank your friend for telling you, and you feel grateful to have her in your life. Life goes on, and you guys become best friends. You study together, and help each other out all the time. 3 years pass ad you guys are still always together. You both get into the same internship, and start learning the ropes of your future career together.

You decide to go out with your friend. You love her so much, and don't want to hurt her feelings by going out with a boy instead. You meet her at the mall to start spending the day together. She asks you about Snapchat guy, and you tell her all about him. She looks back at you with a worried look. You ask her what's wrong, and she tells you that when she told you not to give your Snapchat that day it was because she heard about that guy before and that he wasn't a good person. People told her that he was manipulative and a psycho. You are shocked by what your friend just told you, but you believe her, and you decide to cut off any contact with him. You learn later that he flirts with every girl at school and plays with them. You feel relieved to have listened to your friend and grateful to have her in your life. You continue your 3-year course happy as ever loving what you are studying in with great people around you.

You decide to go out with Snapchat guy. You tell yourself that maybe he is the love of your life and going out with him would be fun. He told you to meet him at the mall at 2 o'clock. You make up early and get ready. You put your best outfit on, and put on some makeup. You are finally ready. You take the bus all the way to the mall and wait for him. It's 2 o'clock, and he is not here. You decide to wait 10 minutes before texting him. 10 minutes pass, and he is still not here. You text him asking him if he is on the way, but he doesn't answer. You wait again 30 minutes, and still no signs of him. An hour pass, and Snapchat guy doesn't show up. You give up, and call your friend. She answers you quickly, and you tell her all about what just happened. She tells you that she knew that he wasn't a good person, and she wanted to tell you all about it if you guys hang out. You feel bad for ditching your friend for a stupid guy. She consoles you, and tells you that everyone at school talks about him. People say that he is manipulative, and flirts with every girl at school. You feel dumb for thinking it could have worked out. Life goes on, and you finish your program with your dear friend, happier then ever having her by your side the whole time.
