To become a police officer, I must start by getting accepted in a Police Technology program in one of the many colleges that offer it. To be accepted in this program, I must pass the academic part, the physical part as well as the medical part. The academic part is based on my current grades, but the physical parts can vary in the school that I choose. There are three options in Montreal; Ahuntsic College, Maisonneuve College and John Abbott College.

The physical tests are running for twelve minutes the longest distance possible and there’s swimming fifty meters the fastest way possible.

After I graduated from my chosen college, I applied at ENPQ to train and qualify even more for the field. This part can not be skipped if I want to become a police officer one day. So after the fifteen weeks there, I finally graduated, and now I have to choose a Police Corpse. I’m hesitating between SPVM, Montreal, and SPVL, Laval.
