My career as a Computer Scientist or Psychologist.

The end of high school and the beginning of college.

It was the end of high school. I started thinking about my program and I wasn't sure what to do next. Nevertheless, I had two important choices were available to me.

Choice 1 : Apply to Montmorency College and know how to do well at school to study Computer Scientist.

Choice 2 : Apply to Ahunstic College and study Psychologist.

Doing homework

Apply to Montmorency College and know how to do well in school by doing my homework every week to study Computer Scientist.

It was the second week of the semester at Montmorency College and my teachers had already begun piling on the homework. After dinner, I gave my English homework a cursory glance and made a snap decision about my time management. I decided to... put aside all that was not necessary to pull off straight A’s in all of my tests even though it wasn't the case before. I started to be thorough in all of my homework and be thoughtful in class even if all this was maddening to a point. I was still pulling off straight B's in all of my tests, so I was disappointed, but it was still a success because I have never pulled off a better rating than this before.

Choice 1 : Finish college.

Choice 2 : Change program.

Book

Apply to Ahuntsic College and do well on job training to study psychologist.

I started my OJT with my colleague from Ahuntsic College... It was the second week of my trainee and my colleague had already started piling up the ins-and-outs to be done. During my 30 minute break, I took a quick look at my tasks and made a quick decision on my work management. I decided to... put aside everything bias that was not necessary to avoid drawback during my service, such as the use of my cell phone. I started to be more independent in all of my tasks and to take on my responsibilities at work even if all of this was exasperating up to a point. I always had consecutive tasks to do in all of my shifts, so I was disappointed, but it was still a success because I had a wage that would have been earned as well as other wages for the next shifts.

Choice 1 : Finish college.

Choice 2 : Change program.

Finish college.

I decided to go to Montmorency. I got straight A's. In some of my courses, I did a cursory job. But because of my time management skills, I was able to pull off a passing grade in all of my courses. After 3 great years, I graduated from Computer Science. Now, I can apply for a job that will lead me to a career as Computer Scientist.

Choice 2 : Apply to make my own IT Company grow.

I chose the second of the two choices, and it was good even if make my own business grow requires a lot of overtime. Despite the office politics, I try not to get sucked up in after a difficult time filled drudgery and alienation. Finally, it will come in handy because this choice of opportunity allows me to earn much more than an employee. My friend gave me some advice. He said, "If I were you, I would not give up on my dream".

Keep the same job.

That was very good choice because it is a profession with a very commendable salary. I was able to retire at 30 years old with the money I had saved to invest in the financial market.
