At the end of the semester, I will be finishing my Engineer studies at Montmorency College. I decided to continue my journey as an Engineer, but I still don't know if I should start working as an Engineer for the Construction company I'm actually working for or go to the University to become a Certified Civil Engineer at Polytechnic Montreal.
Choice 1 : Working as an Engineer.
Choice 2 : Go to Polytechnic Montreal University.

I decided to work at my job as an Engineer because I already know a lot about this company. My on-the-job training will be quick and easy because I already know a lot about the company. My boss decided to hire me because he was getting tired of doing all the engineering planning by himself. I also decided to go with this company because my boss is getting older, and he might sell the company soon. I could decide to buy my boss's company or keep working as an engineer for the company.
Choice 1 : Buy my boss company.
Choice 2 : Keep working as an Accounting for the company.
I decided to go at Polytechnic Montreal to get a master in Engineering. By getting my master in Engineering, I will be able to become a Certified Civil Engineer. Getting this master will help me get a better job. The Engineering certification could help me get a job in a big Engineer Company.
Choice 1 : Working for a big Engineering Company.
My boss decided that it was time for his retirement. He also decided to sell his company after managing it all by himself for 36 years. When I heard he was selling his company, I jumped at the chance and bought the company. With the purchase of the company, I secured myself a job for the rest of my life. When I am at the age of retiring, I will be able to sell the company to ensure myself money for my retirement. The biggest decision I had to make after buying the company was if I wanted to pay an Engineer or if I wanted to do all the job by myself.
Choice 1 : Engage a business secretary and manager.
Choice 2 : Manage by myself the company.
I decided to continue working as a Civil Engineer at my boss's company, and I am struggling to save money for my retirement because of the inflation life is getting more expensive. Retirement is going to be difficult. I did not put aside enough money for my retirement.
Choice 1 : End.
After finishing my master's in Engineering and receiving my certification, I sent my resume to multiple companies. I got called back by two companies, one small one and a really big one. After considering both possibilities, I decided to go with the bigger company. The company I am working for is currently one of the biggest engineering firms in Canada. The firm I work for is called Fluor Corp. and I choose this firms because I wanted a job with more action and a better salary. I also choose this job because the company offers really good health insurance compared to the other company that contacted me. When I decided to come work for Fluor Corp., I knew that it would be a better job for me not only during my years of working for them but also after my retirement because we have a really good pension. The pension was a big factor why I choose this company because I will be able to have an amazing retirement.
Choice 1 : retirement.
After working for Fluor Corp. for 30 years and becoming a Civil Engineer, I decided to take my Retirement and travel around the world. I saved a lot of money during my career to make sure that I would be able to travel a lot. In addition, my money saved and my pension gives me a lot of financial freedom to live a peaceful Retirement. For my retirement, I planned to fly around the world and visit the most countries possible and learn about other cultures. I also wanted to buy a house in Greece because it is my favorite country. Finally I also planned go to visit some poor countries to share my Civil Engineering knowledge and teach them the basics of Engineering, so they can advance. All this by building a University.
Choice 1 : End.
I decided to Engage a secretary to manage my business, and it was the best choice I could have done, so I could expand the company. Hiring a manager, helped me a lot for the growth of the business because while I was focusing on engineering and all of my abilities, my manager and secretary took care of all the other aspects of the company that were not in my capacities.
Choice 1 : retirement.
Choosing to manage the business by myself wasn't a good idea. Managing the company by myself was an extremely difficult task, and I had to continue my previous job as a Civil Engineer at the same time as being the big boss of the largest Engineering company in Canada. The company went Bankrupt because of my poor management, and I was forced to close the company. I am now extremely poor, so I was forced to work at McDonald's.
Choice 1 : McDonald.
I am now working at McDonald's and struggling to pay off my bills. By making the worst decision of my life, I am extremely poor and the inflation doesn't help me either. I started by being the boss of the biggest company of Engineering to making sandwiches at the minimal salary.
Choice 1 : End.
