You just graduated from high school. Ever since you were young, you wanted to be an electrical engineer, just like your father. You now live with your parents in Saint-Jérôme. You also practice short and long track speed skating. You need to choose between two options to become an electrical engineer. You have to go to the university, but you can get to it with a pure and applied science program or an electrician engineering technician program.

The program of Pure and Applied Science is offered pretty much at every college, but you have to decide between the Cegep of Saint-Jérôme and the College Lionel-Groulx. The Cegep of Saint-Jérôme is the closest from your home, but most of your friends are going to the College Lionel-Groulx, which is a thirty-minute car ride to go.

Going with an electrical engineering technology program is a good way to get out of school with a job and a diploma. Also, there are a few places reserved at the university for those who completed this program. It is a longer, but safer way to get to the university with a good job to help you earn a wage to pay for school. There are two places that you are interested to. You have the choice to stay with your family in Saint-Jérôme or you can go to the "Cegep of Levis".

It's now have been a year since you started cegep. Your grades are fine. You are feeling lonely and your days seem endless. You are half-way done, and next year you will be at the university. Your friends invited you to party, but you really should focus on your studies since there is a couple of exams upcoming.

You have good grades, and you are now training with the strongest group in the province. Unfortunately, to be a part of this group is expensive and your parents cannot pay for you eternally. You can choose to get a job to continue your career, or you can choose to stop your training to focus on school.

It's now the second day of the competition. So far, you are only one rank away from the national team. You have to go as good as you can. Unfortunately, you fell from a risky pass of another skater. The nurse get you out of the ice. At the hospital, they said you have a concussion and a broken ankle. You have to rest for three weeks. You are forced to skip all of your exams.

You decided to focus on school and to go to the competition to have fun, which you had. You maybe not qualified for the national team, but you have a good future guaranteed with the grades that you had at the end of your program. It is now time to move on to the university to apply for an electrical engineer degree.

You are completely exhausted from your weekend. You worked on Sunday and were too hangover to study on Saturday. You did really bad on your exams. You are now waiting for the results.

Plus, it was full of office politics. Everyone was mean to everyone. For example, that girl that withheld important information. You don't have any choice but to quit the job and your training, because your grades are not as good as it should be.

You are now living in Quebec. You are really enjoying your program. You are very close from completing your degree!

You are now in a work environment that you know and that you enjoy. There are no office politics that you can get sucked up in because it is a healthy work environment. It is the same for corruption, you are very happy to have found a job that is not ingrained with corruption and that is also not a dead-end job. You successfully accomplished goal. You now have a good job that you know the ins-and-outs, a boss with no bias, a good wage.
