Your dream is coming reality. You are your own boss, and you have your own clinic, the "Kind of good clinic" Now you have to take some interns, to help you with all the patients, some of them might need some office politics seminar to learn the behavior to have with the patients according to your rules. The operations were good, and you didn't want to retire, until a new clinic called the "Somehow better clinic" came and stole all of your patients. You were clueless on what to do. You either take a leave of absence to do the point over this situation, or you fire some of your employees.

This is unacceptable, you have two choices, you quit and start your own clinic, or you go and make a complaint to the Director of HR for Action Sports Physio.

You did a complaint about the HR worker that was harassing your colleague to the director of Human Resources of Action Sports Physio. Unfortunately, since he was in love with her, he was biased, and didn't want her to be fired. So, he gave you to choices because he liked the work that you are doing at the clinic. The choices are either make a complaint to the order of the Human Resources, or you go start your own clinic.

You went on a big trip to Sweden where you met your friend, that studied city planning and went to Sweden to study the Swedish methods. Since you had trouble with your job, you talked to him to see what he would do. Because he's a city planner for the city of Longueuil, and he knows you wanted to be one before, he recruits you to go study in city planning, and you sell your clinic.

You fired some of your employees to stay in the business. You gave them some bonuses for their good work, but it was a financial decision, unfortunately. Ironically, the city planner of St-Jerome came to your building because your logo was falling, and it didn't respect the city rules. You have the choice of repair it yourself, or call a repairman to do the job, but it's more expensive.

Repair it yourself.

You decided that you wanted to do it yourself, learn how to do big jobs like that. Unfortunately, there was a reason why people called repairmen. Five minutes in the reparation and you fell off the ladder, with the logo on the ground, in pieces. You had to do a new one, and the order could take two years with the pandemic. So, you close shop, and went working for Action Sports Physio.

Calling a repairman to do the job.

You called the repairman, but he was occupied for at least two months. A month without logo is a month closed entirely. So, you rented a big truck to do on the road clinic, and it worked very well! Almost too well, three months have passed and the truck is doing better financially than the clinic, but you get tired of doing rehabilitation after all these drawbacks, so you go study city planning.
