Own company dream.

After getting straight A's during my entire cegep, I didn't really know what to do in my career. I've always wanted to start my own company where I'll make my own choices alone, but I had nothing to started with and no experience. I could start working somewhere to make money and gain experience or go to university first but, I don't know what to do.

Choice 1 : University.

Choice 2 : Work.

University.

As I thought, going to university was probably the best decision ever. I met a guy who has the same ambitious as me and told that we could both start a company after our university journey with the help of his dad but I can also start working and do my business alone.

Work.

I didn't really know or care where I should work, so I just applied at Apple, Jean Coutu, IGA and Metro, but I only got called by Apple and Metro.

Working for Apple.

After 2 years at Apple, I've earned enough money to start my own company and gained a lot of experience. I haven't decided yet if I want to start a shoe company or a t-shirt company.

Choice 1 : Shoe company.

Choice 2 : T-shirt company.

Working for Metro.

Working for Metro wasn't the best choice because it was a dead-end job for me and I ended up by getting fired because I had too many problems with my colleague and, that wasn't a deal for my boss.

Choice 1 : Start again

Company with Jack.

Working with Jack was the best decision I made in my life. I didn't really had money but Jack's dad was so rich that he helped us in our debuts until we had enough money to do it ourselves. We had a shoe company that worked so well and didn't have any problem. After few years the profits weren't the same and, we had to change something. It was either start selling something else than shoes or reduce our prices.

Choice 1 : Selling something else.

Choice 2 : Reduce prices.

Work for bigger dream.

I decided to go work with my dad in a plant were after a year, I earned enough money to start my own company but, I still haven't decided if it would be a shoe company or a T-shirt company.

Choice 1 : Shoe company alone.

Choice 2 : T-shirt company alone.

Shoe company.

My shoe company was working really good the first years. The profits started to drop after those years. I didn't know what to do back on track and, I didn't handle the situation well. It took me 20 years to think about something new but, it was too late to change something and, I ended up by going bankrupt the next month.

T-shirt company.

I couldn't have done worse than starting a T-shirt company alone. It wasn't working at all and, I ended up by going bankrupt after 8 months.

Selling something else.

Selling jeans was a great idea, shoes weren't working as much as before but jeans made more profits than shoes. People loved the quality and, we were selling the best jeans in the country. Business worked well for the next 15 years until I retired.

Reduce prices.

The situation just got worse with reducing the prices. We didn't sell more shoes and, we ended up by going bankrupt.

Shoe company alone.

I started my shoe company and it actually worked really well the first five years. After that, I started to have to many pressure ans stress that I decided to stop my company and, start a new chapter in my life. I met a girl a few days ago and, I didn't know if I should start my new life with her or alone.

T-shirt company alone.

Starting a T-shirt company alone was the worst decision of my life as it didn't work as I thought and, I ended up by going bankrupt after 8 months.

I decided to date her which worked well the fisrt month. Our relationship was good and, she asked me if I wanted to marry her.

Choice 2 : Take time to think before.

I don't think that living alone was a good choice. I had a depression after few months and, started to drink. My life got worse and worse with years and, I got cancer at the age of 40. Alcohol was helping me to feel a better in a way so, I didn't stop drinking until I died few years later.

Marry her.

After few years of marriage, our relation started to get a bad and, it was nothing like before. He had 2 kids this time and I didn't know if I sould continue with her or divorce.

Take time to think before.

She was disappointed that I told her that I needed time before. She started crying and, I never saw her after that.

Continue with her.

We had problems when the kids were younger but, surprisingly, it got better when the kids got older, our relationship was not as good as before but, we didn't have that much problem. We both wanted them to have a great future but, we were not sure if it was a good idea to send them study Business Management in Switzerland or keep them with us.

Choice 2 : Keep them with us.

Divorce.

Divorce was a super bad idea. I thought I could keep the kids by divorcing but, I could only see them a week out of two. They didn't love as much as their mom and, when they got older, they never contacted me and, I never saw them after that.

Switzerland.

They're supposed to study for 4 years in Switzerland. Everything was going well until the third year. We don't know exactly what happened. They're supposed to return after 4 years but that never happened.

Keep them with us.

Keeping them with us wasn't what we expected. They started to frequent some bad guys ans started to smoke and drink. They dropped school after that and, they ended up in the streets.
