The beginning of college.

It was the beginning of college. I started thinking about my program. I had to make an important choice.

Choice 1 : Do my homework every week.

Choice 2 : Play volleyball.

When I started college, I never thought of having trouble with passing all of my courses. However, when the second second week of the semester started, my teachers had already begun piling on the homework. After school, I decided to do my English homework directly when I got home to stay on track. I decided not to put aside my homework and to do it the night it is assigned. This way, I will always be ready for exams. Also, keeping the track allows me not the rush everything at the same time when I have a lot of exams coming up at the midterm and at the end of the session. However, when I'm tired, I often move on to something else. It is not good to do too much at once. You need to keep a good balance. In fact, it difficult to deal with school and a part-time job. In my case, I pull off those tasks pretty well. As instance, when I was 16 years old, I started to work in a small restaurant. I enjoyed it a lot, and I made a lot of money. However, after about two years, I started to hate it. This is why I started to look for a new job. At the beginning, I wanted to work at the bank. I ended up working for my dad. I am 19 years old now, and I still love this job. In fact, the goal of many students is to be able to work and get straight A's all year long. To succeed, you need to get organised and know which class to study each day. Then, you will feel confident and have the best chances of pulling off at all of your exams.

I thought that my homework could wait for a couple of weeks because playing volleyball is way more fun. I also thought that if the homework was important, that my teacher would have told me in class. The next week, something terrible happened. Our English teacher decided to ask random students to tell their narrative text that they wrote for homework. I never thought that my teacher would pick me. I was sitting at the back of the classroom and there are 35 students sitting in the classroom. I thought that the probability was very low, so I didn't stress about it until my teacher said my name. It was the worst day of my life.
