I'm very happy, because I just graduated from St. Thomas High School. I passed all of my classes with high grades so close to 100%. I was pulling off straight A's, because my time management was almost perfect. During the past year, I had no choice but to change the people I hung out with. These people put aside all of their homework, and it was really maddening for them to see me success. Now, it's the summer, I have to make an important choice for school.
Choice 1 : Go to Montmorency College.
Choice 2 : Go to Vanier College.

It's confirmed I'm going to Montmorency College. I already have an important choice to make about choosing my program.
Choice 1 : Financial Services and Insurance Technology.
Choice 2 : Springboard Program.
During this summer, I made my friends realize that they were wrong during high school, and made them realize that they did a cursory job on their schoolwork. This summer, they took summer courses, and they pulled off Spanish course with 59%. Even though they're not good as me my friends are now able to succeed all of their courses. I'm always very thorough and thoughtful when I'm working it's the key to success. The problem is these friends want to go to Vanier College too, but I know if they go to the same college as me, they will ruin my first year of college. These friends are nice for partying, and chill, but for school they're not good friends. Do I really need them?
Choice 1 : End the friendship with these friends, but still go to Vanier College.
Choice 2 : I will stay with them, because they're my friends for ever!
I decided to go to Vanier College, but I decided to end the friendship with these friends because our friendship was not good for school. I rather have good grades than cool friends to hang out, but bad grades because I'm partying instead of studying. On the first day of school, after my first period, I saw them. I didn't know what to do.
Choice 1 : Say hi!
Choice 2 : Ignore them!
Personally, I'm a loyal person, and I will never try not to be friends with my friends anymore because it's not in my values. In this situation, it didn't help me because my friends always partying every night. Since they're my friends, I cannot refuse to go partying with them every day. My first semester in Financial Services and Insurance Technology I started with 9 courses, but it was very difficult for me because I didn't have the time to study. I didn't have the time to study because I was partying too much. The school had no choice but to kick me out, and my career ended here because I had no more motivation.

I decided to say hello to my old friends because I was too shy to not say hi to them because I think it's disrespectful to not greet people that I know. When I greeted them, they all came around me and seem very aggressive. I asked them why, and then they started to be more, and more aggressive. One of my friends named Jordan starts pushing me, and I didn't appreciate it, so I chose to push him back harder. Finally, all of my old friends started throwing punches at me.
Choice 1 : Try to calm down.
Choice 2 : Throw punches.
So, I choose to ignore them because it was a very tough decision for me, and I can't go back on it. They said hello to me from afar, but I kept walking straight. While I was walking straight, they all came to me, and tried to bully me. I didn't like that, so I had another tough decision to make on my old friends.
Choice 1 : Try to stop the fact that they bully me.
Choice 2 : Try to lower the tension.
I choose to calm the situation, but they didn't care, so they knock me out. After that, I woke up in the hospital, and they announce me to not to return to school because the principal kicked me out of the college for fighting.

I have now started my first financial company because I have a lot of business knowledge. I am an employer, and I'm looking for employees. I will use the OJT for all of my new employees. During the OJT, the trainee would probably be paid minimum wage depending on his experience. The OJT usually takes couple months, but when the OJT is done wages will increase over time. The OJT is the best way to train new employees because it develops the career of the individual in the work environment. Also, the one who's training the trainee will already know the ins-and-outs of the job because all trainers have to be at my company for at least 3 years. One of the drawbacks of the OJT is that each trainer has their own biases, so from one trainer to another the way of doing things can change. But, this drawback doesn't change the fact that the OJT have more advantages. After 10 years, I did a lot of jobs training, and they went well and made new employees felt comfortable. Finally, my Financial company making over millions per years.

I hired employee with no experience, so I could pay them the minimum wage. Since these employees had no experience, I always had some employees who hindered other employees. These employees withheld things to bother other employees. I got sucked up in plenty situations were staff members said negative things about others. I wish I were good at handling office politics because every time I was in these types of situations co-workers undermined my authority. When they did that, I took two years of vacations, and came back harder than ever. After these two years, I completely changed, I got bigger, I made a lot of progress in my life, when they saw me they knew I wasn't the same when I left. After all these changes, I became the best at handling office politics. Now, employees stopped hindering, and withholding, personally, I stopped getting sucked up in bad situations, and when it happens I more often than not resolve these situations. Now, I have one of the best Financial Company on earth.
