Time to shine, or not!

Last year in Social Sciences.

It's the beginning of my second and final year at Montmorency College. My field of study is Social Sciences, and I really want to be the best student I can be. I have many plans for my future like going to university in Medicine or study Business. The thing is that last year I only had a Cote R of 27.

Choice 1 : I should study in the best possible way to enter into the program I really want.

Choice 2 : I am satisfied, and I don't want a better grade because I don't think that I am able to do it.

Studying efficiently.

The first month, I decided to study efficiently. Every week, I managed my time correctly and did all of my homework to prepare myself for the first exam. I made sacrifices by choosing to work beside of watching TV or go outside with my friends. My professor gave me the grade of 80 in my first exam.

Choice 1 : I am proud of myself, and I want to do better for the rest of the session.

Choice 2 : I am satisfied, and I don't want a better grade because I don't think that I am able to do it.

Feeling like giving up...

I just want to give up... School don't seem to be very important, and I prefer to have fun right now, sacrificing my future.

Choice 1 : I will try to study better and give myself the opportunity to succeed in my life.

Choice 2 : I just want to dropout and have fun, school isn't that important...

The right path!

The session is almost done, and I have good grades because I never gave up, having in mind my main goal, study to university.

Choice 1 : I will complete my year with the grades I really wanted!

Choice 2 : I just feel too lazy, and want to have fun. I will not get sucked up in homework because I think having fun is more important.

I can't do it anymore, I really need a foot in the door.

If I don't really sees the opportunity, by doing overtime in my studies, put aside all negative thinking and work thoroughly to achieve my goal, I will fail. It's time for me to test drive myself to get straight A's.

Choice 1 : I will continue this session with a new mindset, drawback and start over because I know I can do it.

Choice 2 : I give up, and it's too late to come back.

With the good mentality, the drive of work I got sucked up in, the purpose of my dream is coming true! Withholding my goals and by learning the ropes of the mentality of a winner, I am a better student, and a better person. It's time to shine!
