I just graduate from the secondary school Émile Legault, and all of my friends going to the English cegep Vanier, but this summer I move to Laval, and a have to choose the cegep and the program where I want to study.

After the summer break, it went to the cegep Montmorency. I'm in a new city, in a new school so, I don't know anybody. In my first class the teacher brought with him a teamwork had to do, so I went with a teammate. At the end of the class, he asks me my social contact and want to go eat with me.

Fun time at school.

I give him my contact, and he calls me the day after. He is really fun and sociable, so I started to spend the most of my time with him. I start to neglect all of my course. He is always telling me to go play with him instead of studying, and because I enjoy so much is presence I keep listening him.

Dirty work.

Finally, I choose to not worry too much about my courses and have fun with my best friend. He is so amazing he introduced me to is amazing job where a can make a lot of money for a little effort. I know this job is not very legal and a bit dangerous, but I start to think the school is not the only way to accomplish my life.

Another chance.

After starting to deal drugs, I gain a really good amount of money, and I drop school. My life was more fun and everything was fine. But one day, it all fell apart and I got caught by the police. I'm in jail now and I I wonder where everything went wrong.

Regret.

I refused to sell drug with my friend, but my school situation is already catastrophic. After after seeing all the work I have to do at school I drop the school, and I start working. Many years later, I realize that I could have done better with my life, but I give up on all my chance.

University.

I choose to go to Ontario to do my secondary 6 and just that after I went to the University of Ontario. I was accepted in civil engineering my dream program, and I'm really happy. There is an excluded internship in the field, but its aboard in a country who speaks another language. I really want to go, but I don't know if I can overcome the language barrier.

New experience.

I chose to do the internship abroad, and its one one the best decision I have ever takes. The barrier language was hard in the beginning but the people they are so kind and encouraging that I managed to adapt. The internship allows me to solve problem on my own and this will really help me in my future career.

Accomplishment.

Ultimately, I choose to stay in my country and finish my program. After I graduate, I started to work as a civil engineer for the government, before creating my own company and start and start working for myself.

Work pays.

I did not give my contact, and I go home study instead. I keep working hard every day and a finally have my cegep in diploma civil engineering. While I was preparing myself for university, my mother had an accident, and I had to work to pay for the treatment. I was on the verge to go back to university, when my girlfriend became pregnant. I also need a lot of money that moment, so I I definitively drop school to gain money, and focus on my family.

Legacy.

I finally understood that to succeed I must give my 100%, and that exactly what I did. I stop spending so much time with my friend and I started to study seriously. My efforts eventually pay off, and I had my cegep and university diploma. I choose to go work in my country of birth because I think I can build my legacy there.
