Hi, my name is Lauréanne Baraké. I'm a Canadian studying in the realty appraisal program at Montmorency College. In my free time, I like modelling. My plans for the future are to get my DEC diploma, get my B.A and my master in realty appraisal at UdeM to eventually become a Realty Appraiser, and maybe continue practicing my modelling so, in the future, I can hopefully do both, modelling and evaluation.

I worked really hard to higher my grades and finally, my efforts paid off. Now that my college years are behind me, it's the start of something new. During this period, I had so many changes in my life and I had to adapt to the changes.

After getting my DEC diploma, I decided not to go to university and to search for a job. The choice was hard, but I was tired of school and wanted to make some money.

As soon as I entered the University of Montreal, I got to know a boy in one of my Marketing classes. This guy was really cute and attractive. I fell in love with this man. It was at this moment, that I knew my grades will downgrade. I was meeting him every single day. I had no more time to study.

I thought that after working hard at school and getting my diploma, life's gonna be easy. I was really wrong. It was impossible for me to find a good job with a good salary. Nobody wanted to hire me.

Directly after getting my diploma, it was really easy for me to find a job. I applied to one of the best architecture firms in Quebec, "Omega Evaluation firm". I did very well in my interview and got hired by that company.

Became a Realty Appraiser.

After years of struggling, hard-working, sacrifices, and pain, I finally passed my final exam and having my master degree in Realty Appraisal. It really wasn't easy, but it was worth it. My dream became true, I can finally start a new life.

Every semester the difficulty of the classes became really high. My teachers were really strict and had high expectations. I had so many struggles to catch on the lessons. I tried to study as much as I could but ended up failing my final exams.

After 6 months, a finally found a job in evaluation. To be honest, the job was really boring, but I had no other choice. I was hopeless that I was satisfied with what I had.

Since I was struggling to find a job in evaluation, I decided to change my career and to build my own modelling business. It was really not easy, but being my own boss is really satisfying.
