The Beginning...

You're from the planet Pluto 23. You were sent on planet Earth on a mission to study and understand human beings. You want to understand the human anatomy and behavior, so you decided to pretend to be a student who just finished high-school. You have made your decision on a career. You are going to be a nurse because it's the best way to be in contact with a lot of humans. Now, you have to decide where you're going to study. You have to study in French. You have the opportunity to go to cegep to do a three-year program or, go to university after doing a two-year program in cegep. What do you do?

Choice 1 : Go to Cegep.

Choice 2 : University of Montreal.

Choice 3 : This is too complicated.

College Diploma in Nursing.

Good choice! You decided to do a three-year program in Cegep in Nursing. After that, you will be able to work as a nurse. Now, you have to pick a cegep.

Choice 1 : Rosemont college.

Choice 2 : Old Montreal Cegep.

Back on the planet Pluto 23.

Wrong decision, you've failed on your mission. You're now back on your planet forever. You have no more purpose, and you will never ever see a human being again. Unless you want to start all over again...

University of Montreal.

You finished cegep after two years and, you're about to start university. Welcome to University of Montreal. You will now do a three-year program called, "Bachelor in Sciences for Nursing". You're very excited, and you get to meet a lot of people. Very soon, you realise that it's not an easy program. You really have to study a lot, and you are struggling. It's the finals, you have no time to call your family on your planet, to sleep or to go out and make human friends. You feel overwhelmed. More often than not, you feel like you won't make it. It's really harder than you thought it would be. What do you do now?

Choice 1 : It's too hard, you give up.

Choice 2 : You keep going.

Choice 3 : Go to cegep.

You finished university.

Good job, you thought about it very thoughtfully. It was all about time management. You have now your diploma in hand, and you did your internship successfully. You enjoyed being an intern and to learn the ropes. But you have to start working now because University is expensive, so you're in a lot of debts. There's a vacant position in a private clinic in Montreal. But, apparently, this clinic has a bad reputation. You found another job, but it's far away in the country, and you don't know anybody there. You're scared. You have to make a quick decision. What do you do?

Choice 1 : Take the job in Montreal.

Choice 2 : The job in the country.

Choice 3 : Wait for another opportunity.

Rosemont college.

You just started cegep and, you enjoy it. You love sciences classes the most and, you get straight A's! You just finished your first session and, you can't wait to be a nurse already because it seems fun. You got invited to a big party but, you never went to a party before. You drank alcohol for the first time in your life and, it turned out really bad. The next day, you found out on social media that everybody was talking about you and, there was a video of you. You got really mad and started to hate everybody. You decided to exterminate all human beings.

Choice 1 : You Failed.

Old Montreal College.

You chose the Old Montreal Cegep. You love it and, you learn how to be an excellent nurse. After three years, you have your diploma in hands and, you found a job really quickly. You're working in a big hospital nearby. One day, you had a patient who came for a biopsy. The patient was feeling fine. The patient was really nice and became like a friend to you. At the end of your long shift, you said goodnight to her. The next day, the first thing you did is asked about her. Everybody looked at you. Another nurse came to you and said, "Sorry!" She told you that the patient coded last night just after you left. They did CPR on her, but it didn't work. An autopsy is going to be done. You're really mad and sad at the same time. You became depressed and you felt guilty about it. You should've seen it coming. You don't want to stay on this planet anymore.

The job in Montreal.

You got the job in Montreal and you're now ready to start your OJT. It's very hard and, you do a lot of overtime. But you really enjoy it. You help the doctors, take care of the patients, do biopsies and diagnosis. Everything was perfect for you until the new doctor came in. He made you feel really uncomfortable and, he was always trying to get too close to you. He would make sure you would always work by his side. One night, after an overnight shift, he cornered you and tried to kiss you. He told you that if you talked about it, you would lose your job. You would cry every night but, you didn't want to lose your job. You really used to love this place. What do you do?

Choice 2 : You talk about it.

The job in the country.

You moved in the country and, started working in a nice hospital. You love working in the emergency. You have to call code blue, do CPR on patients and, a lot of stitches. Patients are coming from the ambulances and, there's a lot of action. After a while, you decided to work on surgeries. It would be better for you. You fell in love with the surgeon. You never fell in love before. You're not sure if you should tell him or not. You thought about it for a while and, you've made a decision. You're working on an open-heart surgery with him, he asks for the scalpel and, you feel like it's the right time to tell him.

Choice 2 : You stay silent.

Waiting on another opportunity.

You've been waiting and waiting. You ended up working on a farm. You gave up on being a nurse because working on a farm is a lot less stressful. You just want to grow vegetables and take care of the farm animals. You don't want to learn anything about humans anymore.

Choice 1 : You failed.

You talked about it.

You did well. He got fired and, you kept your job as a nurse. It was very stressful. You're now one of the best nurses there and, you learned everything about the anatomy but mostly, about relationships. You love your job and, you're happy on planet earth! The end!

You told him.

You told him. He looked at you and asked for the scalpel again. You didn't talk to each other until the end of the surgery. You were sad and confused. You left the hospital and, he was waiting for you outside. He told you he couldn't talk about that at that moment but, he told you he felt the same. He loved you from the beginning. Many years later, you're married with 8 children. The end.

You gave him the scalpel. After the surgery, he said goodnight and, he left. You went home and cried the whole night. It's impossible for you to work with him anymore. You were heartbroken and, love was just something hurtful to you. You went back to your planet.
