I'm studying at Henri-Bourassa high school. It's my senior year. In few months, I'll have to commit to a Cegep and play my next three years for that specific Cegep. I've had an incredible season and great stats. Few months have passed and I'm sitting down alone and I'm about to take the biggest decision at that step of my life at the time it’s midnight and you have to make a choice now because it’s your last day.

Choice 1 : get a fresh start and go to Montmorency college

Choice 2 : you decide to go to the first Cegep you knew. Ahuntsic College.

Choice 3 : You decide not to play football in cegep and wait until university.

Go to Montmorency.

that’s it, you’ve just graduated high school and you’re about to start your real football career. You’ve made your choice. You’ll be a Nomade for next 3 years. You make it through the first cuts, but you aren’t sure if you want to stay.

Choice 1 : You gave it a chance.

Choice 2 : You decide to leave.

Go to Ahuntsic.

You’ve graduated and now you’re playing for Ahuntsic. They give you your chance as a Defensive lineman and you decide to play your next three years. The next difficulty you’ll have to face is your grades. If you don’t pass 8 classes a year you are not eligible. The season passes and now it’s between you and your books, but you just got a new girlfriend and you don’t know which one to choose.

You decide to not play in cegep and wait until university.

you start your first year of Cegep as a normal student. No sport, no teammates no nothing. You don’t have any motivation. You try your best to stay focused but more often than not you decide to do something else than go to your classes. It’s the first time that you are a normal student and you have two choices.

Choice 1 : Go to Ahuntsic college and play football your second year of cegep.

Choice 2 : Choose your books.

Choice 3 : Choose to take it easy and chill with your girlfriend.

You gave it a chance.

You finish the spring camp you didn’t perform as much as you were supposed to, plus you are not a Defensive lineman, you are now a linebacker and must learn the ropes of that position. Finally, you decide that it wasn’t a good fit for you because so you go back to Montreal and play the first team that ever talked to you.

The league gives you a one year suspension because you signed a contract and didn’t respect the clauses. You get out of shape and you quit football and all the hard work you’ve put in it.

You made the right choice. Your hard work was worth it and you scored straight A’s. and you are now eligible for the new season. You go back to the sport that you love and finish your three years of cegep and will now play for the second-best team in Canada. University of Montreal.

Unfortunately, you’ve made the wrong choice. Your girlfriend got good grades but you didn’t pass your classes and got kicked out of school and your football team. You are out for 1 year now and don’t want to go back your football career stops after one year in college and your girlfriend left you because you weren’t a serious guy.
