The choice of university programs.

We are the last possible day to make appliances for university, and mine are not done yet. I still hesitate about what I want to do, but I have to apply. I will receive my DEC in natural sciences after this semester and the courses I have succeeded the most are mathematics and physics. This is why I will apply in engineering, more precisely in mechanical, and aerospace engineering. Yeah! I just received the answer, and I have been accepted for all my request. I now have to choose the one that I will study in for the next years.

Choice 1 : I go study mechanical engineering.

Choice 2 : I start studies in aerospace engineering.

Welcome to Laval University!

Mechanical engineering seemed to be the best choice for someone uncertain like me. I also chose Laval University, the closest one to my parent's house. After four years of hard work, I finally finished my bachelor's degree. There are now two options for me : I could start to work and have a foot in the door as quickly as possible, or I could try something crazy, and travel around our planet.

Choice 1 : I join a company.

Choice 2 : The world wants me to visit it.

Aerospace.

I finally went in aerospace engineering at Polytechnic Montreal, and completed a master with success. I now have two options.

Choice 1 : Join the Canadian Army.

Choice 2 : Join the Canadian Space Agency.

WW III.

The third world war started, but luckily I'm not a soldier. Instead, as a military engineers, I have been ordered to design an extraordinary fighter jet, and I just finished it. It is so complex that I might be the only one to understand his full functioning. I now have to decide, if I present my project and maybe being forced to pilot it, or if I keep it secret and act as if I haven't finished.

Choice 1 : FOR THE ALLIES!

Studies must lead to something.

This is my first interview and surely not the most positive experience of my worker's life. The HR women seems not to appreciate my face, she only tries to make me fail by responding something silly. The only thing that makes me stay is the manager, that seems really cool, and the wage of course which is surprisingly high.

Choice 1 : Leave this humiliation session and tell the HR what I really think of her.

Choice 2 : An OJT cannot be negative for my career.

Humanitarian missions.

After two years of basic tourism, I chose to volunteer abroad, to make myself a minimum useful for people who need help. The purpose of my first adventure is to built some primitive facilities in a really remote place. This was very rewarding, a lot more than the dead-end job my uncle tried to impose me. My lack of money is making me doubt about my future being a traveler. There are two possibilities ahead for me ...

Choice 1 : Stop this fancy life and start to work.

Choice 2 : Let's try to climb Mount Everest.

BREAKING NEWS: There has been an enormous storm on Mount Everest this night, the biggest wind ever measured in this region. Unfortunately, everything lets us believe that all the climbers and the guides have passed out. There was a Canadian man on the expedition, a dreamy traveler, who let his family in mourning. We offer our condolence to them.

Never lets someone says bad things about you!

I told her the substance of my thought, but it was too rude, especially because we were not alone in the room. The one who liked me doesn't anymore, and my name figure on the engineer's blacklist. It was really not a good decision that I done. In the other hand, it will be an excellent lesson for me ; always stay respectful.

First worker's experience.

I have been working in the company for three months, I really loved my trainer, he has make me a great engineer. I don't regret my choice to come here, and I have never seen the Hr since my first interview. I stood out, and I progressed very quickly, more than some people that are a part of the company since years. The boss offered me a promotion, where I could lead a little team on projects. I haven't accepted it yet because I am still considered a new employee by many of my colleagues. I am afraid that being their manager make them dislike me and be stuck in office politics.

Choice 1 : I reject, to scared of my colleagues.

Choice 2 : I accept and become a boss.

I reject, too scared of my colleagues.

Since I act with hesitation towards my progression and my colleague's opinion of me, I decreased a lot, and I am no longer appreciated by the boss. I decided to leave, before being kicked out.

Choice 1 : Try again!

At the beginning, it was a bit weird to manage people that are twice older than me, but I adapt, and in the finally, they all loved me. I continued my engineer career, with many great opportunities, and I it is now the time for me to retire.

Canadian space agency.

It has been six years since my arrival at the CSA, I work mainly on pieces for future spacecraft. There will be a selection for one new astronauts, and I am thinking about should I try myself.

Choice 1 : Participate in the selection.

Choice 2 : Focus on my office job.

FOR THE ALLIES!

I presented this engineering masterpiece to the General of the Royal Canadian Air Force, and he absolutely loved it. I have been promoted because of this, and I'm now a Major. I've only had to teach pilots how to use it, my fears didn't come true. I have been invited to join the Nuclear Weapon Counsel with many representatives of all the allies country. This type of weapon has not been used yet, but we are in a bad position, and it might be our last chance.

Choice 1 : Join the meeting.

Choice 2 : No way, I'm too pacific for that.

My life is worth too much to risk it.

It has been discovered that I hid information that could help us win. I was accused of corruption and of being a traitor. Because of the emergency war measures, jails are overflowing, so I have been sentenced to death by my own nation, because of this treason. I will be walking death row in 1 hour.

Choice 1 : Selfishness has no place in our world

I cannot reject this, I'm starting to have a big role in the Canadian military. Their plans are so inhuman, I cannot believe what they are all saying. I feel really alienate with some of my colleagues, that I wrongfully thought peaceful. How can such organizations have a lack of humanity that much?

Choice 1 : I can no longer continue my life with these wild mammals.

No way, I'm too pacific for that.

The enthusiasm of general in regard of me dropped a lot. I completely get back at the first grade ; a basic aviator. I am now being sent to sacrifice myself on our enemies capital city, with only the amount of fuel to get there, in my aircraft.

Choice 1 : Badly, appearances seems to be more important than authenticity.

Participate in the selection.

Astronauts must have an excellent health, but that's not my case, I have a little problem, that could worsen. The doctor is asking me some questions, should I lie on my condition and possibly get the dream job?

Choice 1 : Be honest

Choice 2 : Lie and have a chance to succeed

Focus on my office job.

I already have a lot of work, this will only worsen everything. I prefer to stay calm.

Choice 1 : I have had a good career, not wonderful at all, just normal, and it is time to retire.

My health problem harmed me, but I got in the 16 last candidates, which is very good. At least, I won't feel guilty.

Cheating is one way to be successful.

I don't know if I can be happy about that, but I have been selected. I will take part of the fourteenth Mars's mission, as the second Canadian astronaut in history.
