At the beginning of my academic career, I decided to study electrical engineering. This program has always picked me up during my Cegep career. However, I didn't know if I was going to study at Laval University in Quebec City or at Sherbrooke University.

Laval University was very interesting for me, because I could have a pension without my family. So, I only had to figure out if I wanted to take my studies seriously or decide to enjoy my life.

This university was also interesting to me, as there were several internships during my program. In the meantime, my girlfriend and the university asked me a very important question. So, I had to decide if I wanted to have children with my girlfriend during my studies or start playing my favorite sport again which is hockey.

Taking my studies seriously, I had a lot of drudgery, but I learned a lot of things related to electricity such as magnetic current and electrical components. In addition, we also went to visit electrical installations, but I received a large electric arc with a very high intensity that caused me to lose the memory of everything I had just learned in university. So, I had to choose between continuing my course or going to work for my father on the farm.

I thought I would find a quieter job soon, but no company wanted to welcome me because of my injury. So, I decided to start my university career from scratch in order to have a new start.

I wanted to heal faster to go back to the farm and have a wage, but during the surgery, there were complications that meant that I was no longer going to be able to put weight totally on my leg as before. Consequently, I couldn't go back to work with my father. So, I opted to go back to school in the Electrical Engineering program that I had already started to start it again.

I went back to the other girl to enjoy life, but she didn't want to know anything about me anymore. It was only the story of a party for her. I was lost in all this. The only way out I saw was to go back to university to resume my university career in a responsible way.
