My last internship.

I am currently doing my final internship before graduating from my Industrial Engineering Technician program. I've worked very hard these last three years but I'm a little confused about the rest of my career. They have a vacant position as an industrial engineering technician and I'm thinking I will apply. What should I do now?

I continue my career in the company where I did my last internship. I am learning the ropes with the experience I have gained. However, I noticed that the behavior of engineers is toxic. They make us do all the hard work without any formation. I think that's the drawback of being only a technician. I do a lot of overtime and I don't get paid. The engineer asks me go to do an inspection on a very dangerous machine that I don't know. Should I accept?

Oh! The machine is even more dangerous than I thought. He has a big steamroller that gives off a lot of heat to melt the metal. I am quite intimidated by the size of the machine, but I want to please my supervisors and show them that I am a technician who deserves more than the minimum wage. Even though I have no training in maintenance, should I approach the machine to inspect it?

I go to the machine on the faulty side and boiling water falls all over my body. I must go to the hospital until I get better. These experiences created a trauma for me, and I do not want to go into a factory anymore.
