The Beginning of it All.

You are almost done with high school, and it is now time for you to choose the program you want to go in for CEGEP. You are not quite sure about what you would like to do as a job later, but you have a few ideas of things that may interest you in the future. In fact, you would like to become a police officer, so the Police Technology program could be a good choice for you. However, you are not sure if this is the ultimate job you would like to practice. Maybe the Springboard to a DCS program could be a great choice too, to give you time to think about what you would really like to do. Time is ticking... You need to choose.

Police Technology Program.

You decided to take a risk and apply to the Police Technology program, at Collège de Maisonneuve since it is the closest CEGEP from you to offer this program. To be accepted into the program you need to pass some physic tests that require a lot of training for you to be well-prepared. However, while you were training, you fell down a machine and broke your ankle. Unfortunately, you weren't able to do the tests because of your condition, so you were automatically refused into the program.

You chose the safe path that will give you time to think about what you would really like to do as a job in the future. During your first semester in this program, you find out that you are into psychology. It is a subject that interests and fascinates you. It is now time for re-enrollment, and you need to decide if you would rather change programs to go in a Social Science - The Individual program, which is a program oriented on psychology, or if you would rather stay in the Springboard to a DCS program for another semester so you can see if there is another field in which you would be interested.

At the beginning of your second semester, you are really liking the program you are in. It is oriented on psychology, so you are interested in almost all the offered courses. However, as the weeks pass, you realize that there is a lot of work to do and that you spend a lot of time doing this work. In fact, you don't go out anymore, you don't eat, and you don't sleep. Unconsciously, you become an irritable person that doesn't want anything to do with school anymore. You decide to quit.

Stay in Springboard to DCS Program.

You decided to stay in your current program to give yourself some more time to choose a program that will really suit you and your interests. During the second semester, you realize that you have always been into art. Maybe this should be the field you choose! You start looking at the different Art programs that are offered in different CEGEPS. It's official, next year, you will join an Art program. However, you are hesitant between these two:

Choice 1 : Visual Arts at CEGEP of Saint-Hyacinthe.

Choice 2 : Arts, Literature and Communication at Collège de Maisonneuve.

You start your first semester in the Visual Arts Program, at CEGEP of Saint-Hyacinthe. You really like it there, you are having a lot of fun, meeting some new people and really succeeding in your work. Your success attracts a lot of students your way, who offer you to do their art projects in exchange for money. You have never gotten this proposition in your life and you wonder if you should accept or decline the multiple offers.

Arts, Literature and Communication at Collège de Maisonneuve.

You chose the Art, Literature, and Communication at Collège de Maisonneuve. In the program, you meet a lot of people and make new friends, but you think that your friends are kind of weird. Your friends invite you to go out to a restaurant one night. You are hesitant because you have your project to complete and you don't want to be behind everyone else.

You decline the offers. It is too risky and you don't want to get in trouble. You continue your studies for the next semesters, still really enjoying your program. It is now time for you to decide in which program you would like to apply for University. You are hesitant between two programs:

Choice 2 : Communication.

Accept the Offers.

You take the risk and accept the offers. You start doing a lot of student projects and making a lot of money from it. However, some people saw what you were doing and decided to denounce you to the directors of the school. Not much longer after the denunciation, you are called to the director's office. They inform you that they know what you are doing and that it is unacceptable. You are expelled from the school.

Interior Design Program.

You have finished your studies in the Interior Design program of University. You love your job and you would like to take it a little bit further by starting your own design TV show. It is your dream to have your TV show, and you think that you have a good concept idea. Should you do it?

Communication.

You have finished your studies in the communication program at University. You are now a journalist and you do reports on TV. You don't particularly like it, but it's okay. One day, during a report filming, a car crashes in a tree behind you, and the tree falls on your legs. You are severely injured and need to stay at the hospital for 2 months to be able to use your legs again. You did not choose the right path.

You accept the invitation and go out with your friends. You are having a really good night. At one point, you go to the bathroom and leave the table you and your friends were assigned to. To your surprise, when you come back from the bathroom, your friends are gone, and you are alone at your table. You don't know what you should do.
