where everything started!

Am-I the only one that when I was done with high school, I had no idea what I wanted to do for the rest of my life. The only thing that I knew, was that I want it to go in something in administration. The organization, the coordination of the employees or even to accomplished different goals, this is what I want to do for the rest of my life.

Administration for looser.

After a few months in this program, I dis realize that it was very easy for me, too easy, it was boring. Even if I am pulling off straight A's, I did realize that it is not enough for me. I am missing the purpose of what I want this program to be for me. If I put aside the fact that everything is very easy for me, I want to learn more stuff related with my future job, like accounting, marketing, finance and much more. I have to change something, I don't see myself finishing this program.

the feeling to be a grown up!

High school wasn't easy for me, with my dyslexia, I felt like everyone was treating me like a child. I have bills ans a job but I can't decide when and where I can do my work and homework. That was really hard for me. For once, I was thoughtful and I choose a program that makes me feel like I was doing something real, though it was still studying , I was learning management, organizational chat and markets. This program is a real advantage to people that want to go to university but even for people who are skeptical about study because we learn the ins-and-out of the business.

When you directly on the labor market after high school, you usually have the minimum wage and it becomes easily a dead-end-job. The chance that you become invaluable young, are higher of 25%. The reason why, it's because those kinds of jobs are very demanding, and the are very hard on your physique and mental. They are very demanding, and they have a lot of disadvantage. After, a certain amount of time you will nee to make a choice.

Cegep of 4 years!

Having to do my program in 4 years can be long. When you have to change of program, you usually don't have a lot of credit and you have to start from the beginning. I was one of the oldest, and I was fine with it. I knew better how to use excel, I knew a lot of things like organization, operations and business policy. I have to learn but having a step before everybody was nice and for once in all my study I really want it to be there. Finishing this program had a lot of drawback but I pulled off everything.

Taking a break and going straight to a full time job can be demanding. But a lot of people achieve their goals that way and that could be option for me. I could go in the retail are anything and find my way there.

Taking more classes, is a really hard way to do my DEC, but it is a way. If I don’t work during school-time and I have no distraction I could finish my DEC in 2 and a half years and after that, I will have to make a hard choice.

Taking your time doesn’t mean that you are less good, it’s just mean that you are producing better quality in your classes. Information technology, business strategy, event organization, communication and the Human Resources are things that that take times to learn but when you know them, everything become easier for your future in business management.

True out my DEC, I did learn a lot of things, that will put me in good position for a job are for university. The thing that I’m most grateful for learning is the productivity, and that will be useful in my carrier and in all my life. But for that I need to make a hard chose.

Choice 1 : HEC.

Choice 2 : UQUAM.

Choice 3 : UDEM.

There’s many options of job that require only a DEC. I could go work for a Hospital or bank, they are always looking for employees. The only thing is that I can’t make high hopes for the wage, because a DEC is not like a university diploma, but there is interesting option and I just have to look for them. I’m sure that in less than a month I will have found.

HEC.

HEC is a really big university in Montreal. They are specialized in all kind of administration. The only thing is that I need my math classes and I will need to do it in extra in the first year. But having a diploma of HEC is a dream and it is very helpful to find a job after.

UDEM.

UDEM has a special department of administration, it is a big university in Montreal, and they have a lot of sports teams.I will love to have the opportunity to do cheer for my university.

UQUAM.

UQUAM is a really good school, it’s prettied easy to be admitted in administration, the only thing you need is a DEC diploma are a certain amount of credit at any university. At the end of the 3 years you will have a beautiful diploma that opens you a lot of doors.

Free student is an option that you have at many universities. You have to do certain classes, to have credit, to after go in the field of your choice. That can be very convenient for someone like me, who is coming back to school whiteout a DEC. It can offer me a brighter future.

trying my best to grow in a big company.

When you are a ojt, it can be really hard. the wage are usually low and you are a employe like any other in the compagnie. Even if you give it all, sometimes you don't have the recognition that you want it. The road to the head office can be hard and very long. I can count the number of customer that I served and it only been 2 years. The option for you are only HR and the department of communication and your not even sure that you can access to those jobs.

At the end of all this road, I need to find a job, hopefully my carrier. Some time the places that I volunteer for during my study call me. I'm pretty sure that I will accept their offers. I'm still thinking about going abroad for a job. But that will be difficult, cause I did find the love of my life here and I'm pregnant.
