A new beginning.

After five long years of high school, receiving straight A’s, it’s now time to commence my adult life and explore different career opportunities. I’m not sure if I should either start a Psychology program, a finance program at Maisonneuve College, or move in with my girlfriend. My girlfriend’s mother offered me a once in a lifetime career opportunity to hire me as an employee at her business.

Choice 1 : Psychology program.

Choice 2 : Work for my girlfriend’s mother.

Psychology program.

College made me much more overwhelmed than high school because it was much more difficult to study being a psychologist than I originally imagined. My mother encouraged me to put aside my dreams of being a psychologist and start working at the grocery store. However, my dreams were to always pursue a career as a psychologist.

Choice 1 : Grocery store.

Choice 2 : Go to university and get degree in psychology.

Work for my girlfriend’s mother.

Unfortunately, my girlfriend’s mother’s business went bankrupt before I could even enter the workforce. Her mother was forced to set aside her career and kicked me out of her house unless I pay rent. I had to move out and was homeless.

IGA hired me as one of their employees and my salary was very low. I had no vacations, no benefits and no compensations working for the small business. While on my shift, one of my colleagues told me to meet him in the back of the store.

Finance program.

When I began the finance program, professors were warning me that there was a recession which limited careers in the finance sector. This forced me to change my job choice.

I followed the colleague to the back of the store, and he told me that I have no future accomplishment in IGA and it is not worthwhile to stay. He advised that I abolished my career at IGA and sell drugs for him.

I worked many miserable years at IGA; working overtime and feeling powerless. When I was seventy years old, the day right before my retirement, I fell on a puddle of water at work, cracked my head and died, right before I had the opportunity to have retired.

I decided to sell drugs for my colleague and I created a billionaire drug empire. I had the chance to travel on many vacations and benefit from this decision however an investigative organization found me and arrested me. My children and my family were killed because of rivalries in the drug empire.

I had to tell my manager that one of the colleagues he hired asked me to sell drugs. My manager did not believe me because he is one of his most trusted employees, and he fired me.

Psychiatry in University was even more intense than in College. I had to learn about the brain, people’s behavior, and emotions. My professor who had a lot of experience and knowledge in social psychology offered me an opportunity to learn the ropes and get my foot in the door by helping some of his patients who had a variety of issues. However, I had to study because of a huge neurology exam that was approaching.

While studying, I lost my attention and fell asleep. I failed my very important neurology exam.

My professors’ patients had a variety of issues such as Schizophrenia and bipolar disorder. I had to do a thorough assessment even though my teacher already started their treatment. Then, my teacher asked if I was ready to be alone with the patients.

My teacher was so disappointed that I did not want to be alone with the students. He went into a state of mania and could not be brought back in his real conscious anymore. My professor had to enter a mental institution and I could never be trusted to have a psychology degree.

I spent a lot of time working with my professors’ patients and overtime, I learnt about many mental health issues. I became so well-known across the globe because of a very advanced psychotherapy I invented that could cure patients suffering from many disorders ranging from PTSD, Schizophrenia, and anxiety. I also invented a very advanced micro chip that could be very dangerous for patients with mental health issues that no one knew about. I was still torn between which invention will be most beneficial for me.

The new psychotherapy was very successful and cured many patients suffering from mental health issues. I became the most well-known and innovative psychologist in the world and I would continue to experiment with patients to invent even more treatments.

The microchip I invented was meant to control my patients. I would enter this chip in their brains and I would be able to dominate their thoughts, behaviors, and emotions. Although I was able to control their mental health issues, it was not to actually help them. People thought I was curing the patients but rather that was only a front. I became the most powerful psychologist by controlling and taking advantage of all of my patients.
