After, finishing High school I was excited about starting college in business management. Before the start of my first session I was already thinking about the best way to get straight A’s. To help me I went to YouTube searching for the best advice and tips and while I was searching I found three keys that was gone help me to achieve my purpose. Since I felt like choosing all of the will overwhelmed me I decide to pick between:
Choice 1 : Have a good sleep schedule.
Choice 2 : Eat healthy food.
Choice 3 : Work out at least 4 times a week.

Apparently the benefit of a good sleep schedule is, Get sick less often, stay at a healthy weight, lower your risk for serious health problems, reduce stress and improve your mood, think more clearly and do better in school and at work, get along better with people etc...After trying this method for 2 weeks I didn't felt it was setting me aside form the other student because even if I was sleeping well I wasn't feeling good in my body since I was eating junk food and wasn't working out. So, I had 4 choices :
Choice 1 : Eat healthy food.
Choice 2 : Work out at least 4 times a week.
Eating good made me feel good in my body because I was loosing weight, most of the time I was in a good mood and I felt like my memory improved. But trough the 2 weeks I was doing it, it was hard to maintain the state of feeling good because when I felt anxiety I was powerless toward junk food. I was stock in a vicious circle because if I eat junk food I don't feel good in my body. And if I don't feel good in my body why am I eating healthy? It wasn't helping me fulfill my goal. After those 2 weeks I decided to do the following :
Choice 1 : Have a good sleep schedule.
Choice 2 : Work out at least 4 times a week.
I started working 4 morning per weeks for 2 weeks. The advantages were that I felt stronger, I felt great in my body, my body started asking for healthy food, I was sleeping great and my energy increased a lot. I almost felt like this method was gone to be the one that I was gone ingrained in my system. But there was a lot of disadvantage about it. One of them was that after one week of me working out every mourning, school started feeling like an overtime because my body was to tire to stay focus in class. The other disadvantage was that when I decided to work out less in the second week, my energy decrease because I started feeling depress because my goal was running away from me. So, I started eating junk food. I couldn't in that route, so I decided to do the following.
Choice 1 : Have a good sleep schedule.
Choice 2 : Eat healthy food.
Choice 3 : Time management.
Choice 4 : Give up.
I gave up because school was already a ship that I was carrying on my shoulder and all those tips that was supposed to help me carry it felt more like a second ship on my shoulder. After trying all this drudgery's, I was deterred of the efficiency of advice that I found online, so I was dreaded to try to find other advice. It put me in a box were my contentment was just passing my exam. I didn't care about learning anything. All I cared about was passing all my exam by any mean possible while eating what I want, sleeping when I want and workout if I want to. That life style was a threat to my goal because I wasn't using the right asset to succeed.

So after trying the tips that I've found on the internet I started realizing that maybe instead trying one by one I should take all of them as a package. And maybe they compensate one and another. Maybe when I don't work out, eating healthy would compensate and help me have a good sleep schedule. So, I found a way to do all of them at the same time and after 2 weeks doing it didn't bother me. I felt like I was reaching my goal more and more every day.
