Life is all about decisions.

The dilemma.

This is my last year in high school (2018). I am about to make to most important decision in my life. I am about to choose my field of study to possibly have a job. For now, I am really thinking about the Art program at Vieux Montreal College because my dream job is to be an art therapist. But, I still have the Nursing program in my mind since my youngest age, because both of my parents are nurses, and I always admired them.

Choice 1 : The dilemma.

Choice 2 : Visual Art.

I have to choose.

Visual Art.

A year and a half have passed since I entered the Visual Art program, and I am questioning myself a lot about my future lately. Should I stay in Visual Art and go to the university in Psychology or... Should I go in the Nursing program? Event if, my parents never encouraged me to follow this path. What should I do, I am so lost?!

Choice 1 : Nursing program.

Choice 2 : Staying in Visual Art.

Nursing program.

I am officially in the Nursing program at Maisonneuve College. I really love my teachers, I love all of my classes and the people I am with. I don't regret my choice, who was to leave the Art program.

Choice 1 : Where I am right now.

Maisonneuve College

Staying in Visual Art.

I was taking a bath, asking myself existential questions about my happiness and about my future. I decided to think about what I love, about what is the best for ME. I left the Visual Art program and I enrolled in the Nursing program at Cegep Maisonneuve.

Where I am right now.

I am currently in my second year in the Nursing program, and I adore it.I just finished my internship at the CHUM in Neurology. Let me tell you all the things I did during this internship. At my second week, I made a bladder catheterization, it all went well. I also made a lot veinpuctures, I didn't miss any of them, I am very proud of myself. I am fulfilled and I feel like I am in the right place. I wish everyone to have this feeling. My favorite artist once said : There is nothing more truly artistic than to love people. - Vincent Van Gogh. If, I am a future nurse it is because I love people.
