I'm 11 years old, in my fifth year of elementary school. I constantly had good grades and valued school, then suddenly, I am put in front a big dilemma. Either go into the Intensive English Learning program in another school in another neighborhood that I've been selected to, or stay to my current school. One will give me the opportunity to learn English, a very important step if you want to succeed further in life or stay with my friends in my old school, who don't prioritize school. Wake up every morning at 5 a.m. to take the bus at 6:55 a.m. or go to the school 5 min away from my home.
