My debut in college.
It was in my second year in college my teachers had changed their method of teaching which made it harder for me to focus and be fully present. After a few weeks, I realized that I wasn’t putting enough effort in my homework and studies. I had a moment of retrospection and decided to do better. I will now try to work to the best of my capacity, so I can acquire the knowledge necessary to ensure that I pass all of my exams and truly comprehend the meaning of different aspects.

Maintaining A Good Work Ethic.
It was throughout my time in college that I was able to realize that my work ethic wasn’t really good. A lot of things impacted that, for example the time and effort that I was putting in or the way I managed my activities. My priorities weren’t in the right place which caused me to have a lot of failures. After a certain period one of my teachers realized that I wasn’t being fully present and decided to make me apply pressure otherwise, this situation would lead me to another failure. He told me, “If you keep going this direction, I won’t have any other choice but to make you fail.” This automatically made me change my work ethic and put all the efforts necessary to succeed.

Showing Up In Class.
Ever since the main method of teaching has changed due to the global pandemic, most of the teachers have had no choice but to work from home. Since then, it has been so easy to miss class or not even come to class for a few weeks. People can even pretend to be in class when they’re not truly present there mentally or physically. I now have taking it into my own hands to make sure that I stay present in all classes and that I try to the best of my abilities to remain focus. Even though I truly believe that this method of teaching isn’t for everybody which I believe we can all see by looking at the grades. Now that I know better I will do better to upgrade on my results and performances.
