My Choice of program
My second Session.
I was doing at Springboard to a DCS at Montmorency College and this session I had to make a choice of program to go in nursing. I was unlucky, there was no more place. So, I'm stuck. I have to make a choice between staying at Montmorency but in a different program that interested me after my first choice and the next session I can change for nurse. So, I choose Social Science or Apply for another Cegep at Nurse, but they are so Far.
Choice 1 : Stay at Montmorency.
Choice 2 : Apply for another Cegep.

I applied for Social Science at Montmorency. When I made this choice, I hadn't really thought about it. I was just thinking about the distance, I didn't want a Cegep far from home. I was unlucky again because at the next session, I wanted to apply to nurse, as I planned, there was no more place again. So, I was screwed, I had no other choice to stay and complete my chosen program. I was unhappy, I thought I was going to like it but at the end it was a waste time. I never see the HR this way, it,s a lot of work, a lot of responsibilities, You have a lot to do like background check, leg work,hiring, training staff And there I find myself working in a field that I don't like. If I could give someone an advice it would be: before you decide something, Think Twice.

Apply for another Cegep.
I applied for a Cegep who has place for my program even if so fare from home. I accept to do it because Nurse It's really something that I always wanted to do. I also learn in life to have what you want, you must do some sacrifices. I finished my 3 years at Montmorency College and now I can work. I'm so much happy that I make this choice. Now, I'm a nurse, working where I always wanted, I'm help people on a daily basis, I contribute of well-being of people. I feel useful and on the salary side I am satisfied. I'm also asking myself if I'm really satisified at that level. Maybe, I can go to the Army as I wanted or go to the University to have a doctorate.

My Career in the Army.
I join the Army after I'm done with my years of Cegep. It always fascinated me the military life. Even before I was taken, I used go to the website all the time to discover how it was going to be and now, I'm in it make me feel that I have a place in a community, feel important, useful and I know there are some people who need me, my help.
Choice 1 : Work Full time.
Choice 2 : Part-time work.
Work Full time.
If I decide to work full time to the Army then I have to invest at one hundred percent, I have to give myself entirely. I must be available because they will need me 24/24 hours.

Part-time work.
I can also decide if I want to work part-time at the army. I can work at hospital and at the army at the same time. They will just call me when they are in need, I can accept or decline if I want. For example, if the post it's too far etc... It is interesting to hold 2 important positions at the same time. I save life from two sides.

At University.
I decided to go at University to have my baccalaureate. It's not really a necessary because, I could work without it but, it seems really important nowadays to go to university.

After my year of baccalaureate, I will work at hospital. Just because of that I won't be a simple nurse.
