The kick off.

After college, I don't know where I want to go study. I know I would love to go in Youth and Adult Correctional Intervention. But I am wondering if I am willing to take a three-year degree.

By getting into this program, I will go to a university sooner and I won't loose time. I am stoked to stay with my high school friends. On the other hand, I don't know what to expect for my future field of study. My classes do not teach me about criminals, mental health issues or even self defense.

I got into university. I am so happy to be finally close top the end. My New School is neither far nor close from home. I don't know if I want to travel every day or work at the same time.

Summer is on its way.

Being a student, summer is the best time of the year. Well, for me. I know I want to work, but where?

By working with the public, I got to experience new ways to do interventions. On day, I had to do an intervention to someone at a family party.

Usually, my family keeps it on the low with the drinks. Today was not the day. My uncle got mad at my sister for throwing water at him.

Getting more knowledge has always been something I like. I don't believe that we can't learn more and more. Life evolves and working in the aid relationship needs to change with time.

I have always been interested in mental health issues and helping others that faces these difficulties. The thing is, I wonder if I should concentrate on one thing or more.

Choice 1 : Get a certificate in mental health.

Choice 2 : Get a mastery in my current field of study.

Becoming a teacher?

When I was younger, I always looked up at my mom for being a teacher. I kept wondering if I could be one like her. The thing is, I never found a subject I was fascinated with enough to talk about it for my whole life.

Choice 2 : Work in a high-level position

The final career projects.

At this point, I love my job a lot. Every day, when I wake up, I do not have the feeling of wanting the day to end right away. To tell the truth, I don't even feel my job like working.

Choice 2 : Retire as soon as I have the possibility.
