Hi, my name is Pierre Jr Augusma. I'm a proud Haitian Canadian man trying to make a difference in my city. In my free time, I do a lot of sport, we can say I'm an athlete. Near the end of my secondary school I have an important decision to make that gonna affect my income I'm going to make and the vision I will try to give in the future.

So, in order to make a difference by saving lives, I chose wiser to start my journey to become the best firefighter in this country. In order to fulfill my path.I have to get ready.

So, In order to make a difference of the mentality of police unite towards racism I had to direct my path into becoming one and not only a simple policeman but the best policeman.I had to get ready because I know it's no easy task.

Because I'm an exceptional athlete with quite a lot of brain, I pass my test easily. One year later I'm done with the academy, and I am ready to enter the cegep that offers the diploma.

While I'm preparing myself for my test I make an impressive discovery. A fit girl with the same taste as me.

So, instead of taking my time revising what I will have to do in order to pass the test, I'm taking this test now in a few weeks. Obviously I train a little bit. Week passes and test completed. I receive the results and they are negative. I'm starting to feel really depress because I don't want to do It all over again next year.

So, I decided that I worked a lot and a little break wouldn't be bad. I start partying and meeting new people each week and I'm having plenty of fun I'm even considering being a promoter to keep the joy flowing.

I decide to straight go to Montmorency College so I can finish my study as quick as possible. Doing so, I meet this girl In my class and I decide to invite her on a date.

Seems like I enjoyed this lifestyle all year a bit too much. I end up missing the inscription time and I'm starting to lose my motivation to saving lives. So here I am, principal promoter of Rouge and making It a living.

I'm starting to getting bored partying all the weekends so, I start to go back to my books so I can get into my cegep sharper than ever. A few months later school is about to start but by surprise I bump into my toxic ex, that I met clubbing, going at the same school as me.

I decide to get back with her and I slowly realize why I broke up with her. It affects my studies because she needs a lot of affection and It affects my grades and, I am failing my classes one by one.

I take the wise decision to not get with her because I quickly remember why I broke up with her. Have avoided this storm, I'm able to concentrate through my whole 2 years of technique and get my diploma.

Being to nervous, I call the girl and say I won't be able to make It. She understands and, we keep our lives separated until the end of our course. I realized that I failed because I wanted to ask her out again, but she was taken now.

I decide that the wise choice would be to train before because I don't want to fail It due to my impatient self. During my training Black Lives Matter movement start to make more noise due to another officer killing another black man.

Enough Is enough, and we need to be heard, I join the great protest march and decide to not keep my mouth shut but still thinking about my future as a police officer.

Scared to stain my studies I decided do not go protest. Instead, it stained my whole credibility and reputation as a black male.

I took the terrible decision of taking part to the riot and I'm being arrested for vandalism. I end up losing my credibility to enter my program because I now have a criminal record. I stained my studies to keep my reputation but It didn't work at the end.
