Target Structure:
I have always been a person with great ambition and a great love of life. I help others around me as much as possible. I guess it explains why all the professions where I get to interact with others around me interest me all so much. As I approach the end of my third semester of college, I have big decisions to make. I sit down in front of my computer and open up my email address. I have been waiting impatiently for years for this moment. The time has finally come for me to see which program I have been accepted in. I have so many dreams in life, so many things that I am passionate about, I don’t know how I will ever decide what I will do for the rest of my life. I sit waiting for my email to load, nervous about not getting accepted into anything at all. The emails flood in, I have been offered a place in the Nursing program as well as the Psychology program!
Choice 1 : University as a Nursing Student.
Choice 2 : University as a Psychology Student.

Finally, I have made it to university. Everyone has been telling me it is going to be the best few years of my life: meeting new friends, learning skills that are related to a field I am passionate about and maybe even meeting the love of my life. I have settled into my first apartment, it isn’t huge, just the right size for me and my friend to live in together. It has been weird being away from home and my parents for so long, but I love being able to do what I want, when I want to. I had heard that being a student in the Nursing program was hard, but I didn’t expect it to be as hard as it is.
Choice 1 : Stay home and study.
Choice 2 : Go out to spend time with your friends.
The time had finally come for me to leave the only home I ever had, to move away for University. I lived in a dorm room with people who were strangers at first. Slowly, my roommates had become my small and precious family. I was passionate about my classes; I had no doubt I was going to love every single second in university.
Choice 1 : Stay in and study.
Choice 2 : Go out with friends to a frat party.
People had been talking about this huge party one of the frat houses was throwing just before the week of finals. I really wanted to go, but I knew studying was the wiser choice. I knew I would be less nervous once my exams came knowing I had done as much as I possibly could to prepare for them. I heard all about the party for the next few days, it's as if I had been there. The only difference was, I was the only one able to complete the final exam the next day.
Choice 1 : My years in college.
I knew I had a few more notions to study in order to be completely ready for the final I was going to take the next day. Still, I decided to go out to the frat party everyone had been talking about. It was the night of a lifetime until the cops showed up. Little did we know, the party was being held in a house that no one there owned. I never got to my final exam the next day, I was locked up in a jail cell for breaking and entering. I guess I will be taking the class over again next fall semester.
Choice 1 : My years in college.
I knew I had already studied enough for the final, I could have done it days ago with the time already spent studying. I was too much of a nervous mess to even consider going out. I was in university, I had to take my classes serious, going out a few nights before a big evaluation is not the responsible choice to make. The day of the final exam came along to quickly, I hadn't had a good night sleep for days, stress was invading me. I sat down in front of my exam copy; my mind went blank. All I could think was "I really should have gone out with my friends to let myself breathe a little."
Choice 1 : My years in college.
I felt ready for my final exam, I had been studying so much the past few weeks, I deserved to enjoy a night with my friends instead of with my books. I got ready with my cutest outfit, since my friends had told me we were meeting up with some guys in their classes at the bar later on. Once we got to the bar, the boys were already there waiting for our arrival. Everyone new each other, I hadn't met any of them yet. One of them offered me kindly a drink and I gladly accepted it. All night, I chatted away with him about everything and nothing: his name was Leo, and he was studying Psychology. A few days later, I took my final exam and aced it. I was glad I decided to leave my room for a night a let myself enjoy myself for once. Not only did I have a great night and passed my exam with flying colors, I also met the love of my life.
