The main reason of the conflict is that Alfred is withholding important information more often than not. Because of Alfred' actions, Emily can't respect the hinder and, because of this, all the other workers undermine her. I am really shocked to see how Alfred putted his personal interests above the interests of the organization and because of him the whole office is affected by his actions.

I need money to buy a house, so I apply to drive an excavator. One company gives me an internship. This internship comes in handy because I learn how to do a certain jobs with an excavator. I really appreciate this on-the-job-training because it is very interesting but also because I earn a lot of money. Moreover, I really like this intern because it allows me to get something better than just an easy foot in the door job.

Every time the company wants a contract, I saw my boss give to an engineer a bribe for a contract. The problem became bigger and bigger and finally my boss get arrested. Now every employee including me must go to the criminal court.

For me, honesty is very important so, I decide to say everything I know about my boss and corruption at trials. The company closed and I lost my job, but a great opportunity presented itself to me.

Nobody receives a premium wage for the volunteering abroad but this isn't really important because seeing these people happy is an invaluable gift.

To pay my school, I find a job at Subway and today it's my first day. I have a OJT for one week.Today, a trainee is supposed to show me the ins-and-outs of all the job that we had to do there. This person isn't the best trainee because he has a lot of bias. For example, he isn't following the rules about how we made sandwiches or the good way to clean the restaurant. Also, he is always talking about all the drawback of this job. Finally, I didn't like the working climate so, I have to make a choice.

This week, I try a new job in an accounting office. On my first day, I saw a man who flirted with a colleague, but I quickly saw that she wasn't interested about him. At the end of this day, I tried to deter him, but he told me that it was not of my business. Today, the lady goes to the boss's office to tell about the misconduct of the man and also to tell that she dreads he will continue. Immediately, our boss goes to talk to the lady's perpetrator and everything stopped. Now I feel comfortable to work there.
