Start at the beginning.

I have now graduated from high school, and I am still confused about what I want to do in my life. Nevertheless, two choices were available to me.

Choice 1 : Apply to Ahuntsic College and do my basic classes.

Choice 2 : Apply to Rosemont College and study Nursing

Ahuntsic College.

I finished my basic courses, and I still don't know which program to go to, but become a nurse really interests me, but it's at another college. I have 2 choices to a D.E.P and finish faster or do a D.E.C in 3 years at Rosemont College and have more experience.

Choice 1 : D.E.P

Choice 2 : Go to Rosemont College.

Rosemont College.

I am entering the Nursing program for a period of 4 years because I want to take my time and finished well, and I want to gain a premium wage, so I decided to go to in University.

Choice 1 : University of Laval.

Choice 2 : University of Montreal.

D.E.P in auxiliary nurse.

I decided to do a faster method and do a D.E.P in auxiliary nurse. A year and after I officially an auxiliary nurse. I am now a trainee, and I am doing my on-the-job-training so that I can learn the ropes.

Nursing at Rosemont College.

I decided to do my program at Rosemont College in 4 years. In the beginning, I did cursory job, and it was hard for me, so I had to do time management schedule to help me throughout my program. After 4 years I graded, and now do I do an internship or do I continue my journey at university to become a clinical nurse?

Choice 1 : A internship

Laval University.

If I go to The University of Laval, I would have to move, share a room, work and go to school at the same time to be able to pay for everything I have to pay. Getting straight A's being difficult for me because I didn't have time to study, and I miss Montreal so bad.

Choice 1 : Get back to Montreal and beginning a normal nurse at the hospital.

Montreal University.

I decided to go to the University of Montreal so that I could do 2 years in the clinical nurse program and then enter the job market. I don't know what to do work in the hospital or work in a private clinic?

Choice 1 : Hospital

Choice 2 : Private Clinic.

Internship.

I finally had my internship as a nurse and then got a job-training for a few months to officially become a nurse who can work by herself.

Hospital.

I was able to join a good hospital with a good wage and good benefits but the environment was really toxic and working in a toxic environment was very demanding mentally. Despite the office politics, I try not to get sucked up in their dramas. So, I just decided to leave and go to a private clinic.

Choice 1 : Go to a private clinic.

Private Clinic.

A few months later, I was able to join a private clinic, the wage was higher than the wage I had at the hospital, however, I had no social benefits but hey it amounted to the same and the environment was the same. The private clinic was an environment that I loved. I also loved my colleagues so coming to work made it more exciting than anything else. However, I wanted to go back to school, so I could continue in nurse but become a clinical nurse but that clinic was just taking people full time.

Choice 1 : Find another Private Clinic.

Choice 2 : Go to school without working.

Find another Private Clinic.

I found another Private Clinic that accepts people part-time while I finish school however, I don't like the work environment nor the employees I don't like going to work there and also the salary is really not much compared to my old Private Clinic.

I decided to go to school without working. This way, I will be able to concentrate 100% at school. However, I'm dealing with grant after grant, I can't pay my loved ones' personal affairs, it's starting to be complicated for me, I don't know what to do. Find a part-time job but not with a big salary or quit school and return to the job market.

Choice 1 : Find a part-time job.

Choice 2 : Quit school.

Find a Part-Time Job.

I found a job as a cashier at the IGA supermarket to work on weekends to be able to pay for my belongings. The salary is not that big, but I was able to do my 3 years at university working as a cashier on the weekends to finally get my degree in Clinical Nursing.

Choice 1 : Finally have my diploma in Clinical Nurse.

Quit school.

I quit school, and I wasn't proud of myself. I returned to the job market very disappointed in myself with an unwanted salary. I should have stayed to finish university.

I finally graduated! I am so proud of myself and everything I have accomplished. I was even able to return to the private clinic that I loved so much with a promotion and a bigger salary. What more could you ask for?
