If you decide to do it for 3 years, don't forget that your semesters will be charged with a lot of classes, but the good news is that you will finish earlier. Don't undermine this important step!

You are assisting to your first classes and your trainee is fascinating. You already met most of your classmates and you are starting to build a big friendship with one another. You now have to choose one partner that will be your teammate during most of your projects. Max is a brilliant guy who loves to have fun when it's time to, and he is really serious when it's time to learn the ropes from the job of a police officer. Alex is also another person that you will love to work with during your trainee in college, but sometimes, he's a bit lame.

You realize that you won't have enough money to complete your training in 4 years. You immediately talk to your counselor, so she can make sure that you will finish your training in 3 years. You realize that you will have to work hard but you know that you can do it!

You and Max are a great duo! In your simulation, Max is really calm when he is talking to the actors. You like to be his teammate because when physical intervention is required, you know how to handle the situation and control physically the ones who don't want to cooperate. On the other side, when everything is doing great and the actors want to collaborate, you let Max take the lead because he is way better than you when it's time to communicate. The teachers of your classes announced you that everybody will have to change their partner for the rest of your training. You will now have to work with Alex and you are disappointed.

Alex is clearly having a lack of motivation. You want to have straight A's to improve your chance of entering the National Police School of Quebec so you do whatever you can to force Alex to give is 100% in all the projects that you have to do together. Your speech clearly had a great impact on him and since then, he is so good that he's volunteering to help others who are facing difficulties in the program. Your training is now over and you officially graduate from Police Technology. Your family is so proud of you and they are present for your ceremony. You will now have the chance to complete the final step before becoming a police officer which is completing a final training at the National Police School.

You are now at the last step of your police training. During 4 months, you will learn all the important tools that you didn't learn while you were in college. You will know how to handle a firearm, how to make pursuit at high-speed, and how to react when you face an imminent danger that can kill you. You now realize that this job is really serious and your life can be at risk at all time. You miss your family, but you are having fun with all the future police officers. You now have to make a decision: Do you want to upgrade your skills with your firearm or do you want to manage easily the police vehicle?

You are practicing with one of your teachers, Marc. He knows that you will become better with your firearm, and he's always there if you need some help or if there's something you don't understand. After a couple of training, you are more confident with your gun and you successfully accomplish your final exam. Now, it's time for you to graduate from police school.

Learn How to Manage More Easily the Police Vehicle.

Driving a police car can be really difficult because you need to be safe and observe your environment while you are driving fast. Since the circuit is always open to practice, you decide to make a couple of test-drives. You know that practice will make you perfect so each morning before your class, you take the time to become a better police driver. It's not always easy to do more than one task while driving, but now, you are able to speak with your walkie-talkie while driving and it's an important step that you've accomplished. Now, it's time for you to graduate from Police School.

Congratulations! You are now officially a police officer and you are ready to start this amazing job. You realize that the last years of training were worthwhile but you accomplished your dream. Now, it is time for you to choose where you want to work. You will receive two different offers and you will have to make the best choice since they both of them present interesting pros.

Choice 2 : You will work in Abitibi.

You Will Work in Laval.

You are starting your first day as a police officer in the city of Laval. You are happy with your decision because the station is only 10 minutes from your apartment and you will have more time to sleep before you start your next shift. The sergeant of the station will work with you for one week. You will receive an on-the-job-training so that you understand what are the problems in the city, the important criminal spot, and many more. While the sergeant is talking to you in the police car, you receive a call on a walkie-talkie for domestic violence. Will you take the call or let another duo of officers take it in charge?

You Will Work in Abitibi.

You started your OJT and you quickly realized that this place is not for you. You are missing your family and there is not a lot of action in this area of the province. You have the opportunity to make a lot of overtime, but you don't consider that money is really important. After two weeks, you announce to your boss that you will go work in Laval.

You and your sergeant arrive at the apartment where you received a call for domestic violence. Before knocking on the door, you tried to hear some loud noise or any complaints from the victim. After a couple of seconds, you hear a woman asking for help loudly. Do you break the door to get it in faster since she is in danger or do you knock on the door and wait for someone to open it?

You realize that everyone is busy right now so you stop your conversation with the sergeant and you immediately take the call.

You finally break the door and you take your gun in your hand just to make sure that the suspect isn't dangerous. When you arrive in the kitchen, you see a man beating up his wife. You immediately told him to stop and when he realized that the police is in his apartment, he jumps by the window and gets away with his car. Your sergeant will take care of the injured woman, and he tells you to chase him with the police car.

Wait For Someone to Open It.

You have been knocking on the door for at least 10 minutes but nobody is answering. It is way too long so you finally decide to break-in.

The suspect is going really fast in his Ford Mustang so you try to catch him up. After a couple of minutes, he finally stops his car on the highway and you reach his car. When you arrive at his door, he is digging in his pocket and even if you tell him to put his hands where you can see them, he doesn't collaborate. Do you tase him or do you shoot him which will occur his death?

You shot the suspect with your taser gun but you realized that it didn't neutralize him. He took a gun out of his pocket, and he shot you twice in the chest. Even if you were wearing a bulletproof vest, you are slowly beginning to lose consciousness and you die. You should've deployed your gun instead.

You shoot him twice in the head and even if you are traumatized, you realize that you would have died if you didn't take this extreme measure because he had a pistol on him. You are in shock because you never taught you would kill someone in your job. You ask for help from your colleagues with your walkie-talkie.

You are now getting help by your colleagues. They ask you if you are injured or if you need to talk with someone. You are shocked with all this event so you ask someone to bring you back to the station. When you arrive, you are told that you should take 1 week off to make sure that you are feeling better before getting back on the job. You accept and you go home.

During your week off, you realize how difficult the job can be. Even if you received a long training in cegep and at this National Police School of Quebec, you will never be able to be in complete control of all the situations you will face in your career. You are feeling way better and you are ready to get back to work. This job is the one for you and you feel bless to work with such an amazing team in Laval. You hope to work at this place until your retirement.
