I am finally a food service manager in a hotel. I really love my workplace. All my colleague respect me. I take the place very early because the ancient who has the job is dead. He was old. We have 3 employees in the kitchen. We have one pastry chef, one sous-chef and one chef. In the dining room there are three waiters and a butler. Our days start early, and they finish late in the evening. Honestly every day are not easy, but this is the life I choose.
