The end of High School; a choice to make.

It was the end of my last High School years. I needed to choose in which program I wanted to go. I asked myself: What do I really want to do as a career?

Choice 1 : Choose the program I want, Physiotherapy technique.

Choice 2 : Choose the program my mother wants, Pure and Applied science.

Choice 3 : Choose another program for my first year of college: Social Science.

Choose the program I want, Physiotherapy technique.

It was March 2019, and my classmates already knew what they wanted to do later. I didn't. I needed to choose a college and a program before the end of the month. After days of thinking, I finally decided to register in the physiotherapy technique at Montmorency College. I will do what I really want to go in. Not what my mom's wanted. This way, I will study three years at Montmorency and after, it will be my choice if I want to specialize my technique at University. I will feel great, motivate and confident in this career program. This motivation will help me to have good grades.

Choice 1 : Stop studying after the three-year technique and going straight on the work market.

Choice 2 : Continue my studies at a University, after the three-year technique I just finished.

After days of thinking, my mom finally convinced me to register in the pure and applied sciences program at Montmorency College. This way, it will open more doors for my future career, than going straight in technique or in Social Science.But this program doesn't really interest me. I will not be able to do it, I started doubt about myself and my grades.

Choice 1 : Get accepted in the program.

Choice 2 : Do not get accepted in the program, so I end up in Social Science.

Choose another program for my first year of college: Social Science.

It was March 2019, and my classmates already knew what they wanted to do later. I didn't. I needed to choose a college and a program before the end of the month. After days of thinking, I finally decided to register in an "easy" program at Montmorency College. I registered in Social Science. I decided to go in this program because I want to start doing all of my compulsories and basic courses before doing a technique. Why? Because, after, I can concentrate only on my technique and succeed. It will reduce my class load. I will feel great, motivate and confident in this career program. This motivation will help me to have good grades.

Choice 1 : Make all the basics and mandatory classes I got and change program after going in physiotherapy technique.

Stop studying after the three-year technique and going straight on the work market.

After my physiotherapist technique at Montmorency College, after three years of it, I will be done with school. I will be able to go immediately on the work market and get employed. Of course, my salary by having just a technique will not be as high as it could have been. But who cares? I will be finally done with school!

Continue my studies at a University, after college.

After my physiotherapist technique at Montmorency College, I will continue my studies at a University to have a specialization and get a better salary. Of course, my studies will be very long, but it is worth it. With longer studies like a master's and a bachelor's degree, I will be able to have a way bigger salary.

Choice 1 : Work market with University studies and a collegian technique.

Get accepted in the program.

I choose to register in Pure and Applied sciences and got accepted. After I've done all the course in my program, I will go to a University in physiotherapy to get a specialization and a job. It will be easy to enter the University program if I've got good grades in Pure and Applied sciences.

Do not get accepted in the program, so I end up in Social Science.

I register in the Pure and Applied sciences program and got denied. I need to make another program choice's to get into college. I chose to register in Social Science.

Make all the basics and mandatory classes I got and change program after going in physiotherapy technique.

I choose to make all of the basics and mandatory classes of collegian studies, like French, English, and Philosophy. After I've done it all, I will change program to go in physiotherapy technique.

Choice 2 : Work market with University studies and a collegian technique.

I gain the minimum salary because I didn't get specialized at University. There is some hard time with money. I have to deprive myself from some things.
