It's my last semester in College and I have really great grades. I applied to 3 different universities and I've been accepted in two of them. However, I feel like I need to explore the world as I'm young and healthy. I work in a IGA and I have been economize some money for two years. Now, I had to decide how I am going to spend it.

Choice 1 : I decided to go to Costa Rica.

Choice 2 : I decided to go to the University of Montreal.

Choice 3 : I decided to go to the Concordia University.

I used my economies to pay me a trip to Limon, Costa Rica. The first week, I visited the Tortuguero national park and two volcanoes. I was accompanied by my best friend Rachel. Neither of us was speaking much Spanish, but we were practicing a lot with the local. Our purpose was to help an indigenous community, and we would stay there for three months. The next week, I got to know a guy named Esteban. He was about two years older than me, and he was studying biologic. We spent a lot of time together and Rachel felt exclude. She wanted to return to Canada and accept the position that her employer offers with a premium wage.

I decided to continue to work in my dead-end job to have more money for pay my scholarship rights and my books. I began the semester with few difficulties, in particular, in my Children's Psychology course. I struggled to find enough time for my work, my friends and my homework. Hopefully, after two weeks, I met a small group of sympathetic student that of suggest to joining them at the library. My grades improved, and I started to hang out with them. We became close, and I even felt in love with one of them. Now, this guy and I are engaged, and we're expected our first child. Plus, we both graduate with our master in Psychology.

I choose to go to the Concordia University even if it is farther than my home than other universities. I'm sure it would give me better job opportunities if I've got my diploma in law from there. The first semester was mostly learned basic concepts of the Canadian and Quebec laws. I was one of the best students of my department. However, more often than not, I felt empty and bored in this program. I didn't like to be in a competition mind of state every day. So, I left this program and I changed it to an Art program.

Love over friendship.

Rachel return alone in Canada. At first, I felt as I betrayed her by staying by Esteban's sides. As the time flies, I decided to search for a job in San José where I worked as a waitress in a popular restaurant. Esteban and I were still happily together. The problem was that I forgot that my visa was about to expire. I needed to go back in Canada, but Esteban couldn't follow me. We broke up.

Friendship over love.

Rachel and I decided to visit San José. We spoke with some strangers, and we ate some delicious local plates. Even if I felt sad about broke up with Esteban, I knew it was the best decision for both of us. Back in Canada, she accepted the new position in her work.This new position was for her a foot in the door. It offers her a compensation package. I quit my job and I stay alone at home all the rest of summer. Now, it's September and I found a vacant position in a paint shop. Plus, I am learning Italian, and I'm improving my Spanish. Next summer, I will travel in France, Italy, and Spain. I think that I would like a leg work.

My parents were confused about my new field. Hopefully, they were always supporting, and they encouraged me to pursue my objectives. I didn't regret my decision. I went to an audition for a small role in a French Canadian series in Toronto. I've got the role and it was obvious that I needed to move there. I found a decent apartment where I have two roommates. They are both students. One of them is a comedian as I am, and the other one is an apprentice chief. I hope that my role will help me to start a brilliant career.

The life of artist seemed a great idea at first, but after two months, I was tired to go on auditions and to be an intern. I was never giving the role and I felt embarrassed by all those fail. I decided to change again my field for a Business program. In reality, I just don't know what to do with my life. Maybe, I should go on vacations. I think I will do a depression if I realise that I don't like doing business stuff. I wanted to come in handy. Hopefully, it had been three months since I learn the ropes, and I love it. I want to start my own company one day.

I was devastated. Hopefully, when Rachel learned about the breakup, she decided to take fewer hours in a shift, and we passed a lot of time together. We went on several activities and restaurants. After, three weeks, I was happier, and I searched a new job. Rachel went back to her routine, and I got a job in a pet shop.

I own a company.

I've got my diploma in Business, and I decided to make a partnership with a friend of mine who is a chief. He always dreams to have a restaurant, but he used to think that he won't succeed. I offer to help him with all the more technical aspects to make his dream possible. He accepted my sugestion, and I was excited to start this adventure. He's very talented and I'm sure that our restaurant will become popular.

I always wanted to have a dog, but my parents never accepted to own one. As I was suggesting the best articles to the clients for their pets, I realized that I need one too. I knew someone who had a pregnant dog, so I called him. He told me I could take care of the puppy. I thanked him and I told my roommate about our new companion. She was enchanted by the new.

I became recognize in my filed. I've got a job with the Philippe-Pinel Institute of legal Psychiatry. My husband had a job as a teacher at McGill University. We're never been so happy, and our daughter is now 2 years old. Last week, I've got a call from Ahuntsic College for asking me if I could give two conferences about mental health. I accepted it.

After, my first role, I have been contacted by three more producers. I accepted the main role in a teenager series. I will play a vampire that is a math teacher. I love my lifestyle and I don't regret to change my field back in the days.

Today, it's my first conference at Ahuntsic College. I fell nostalgic to go back to this place. I remember all the hours I spent in the library and the cafeteria with some friends. I kind of fell old by thinking about my college years. I wonder what my other classmates are doing in life now.
