This is it. I'm done with college. Now I have to choose if I want to go to the university of if I want to go in the workplace.

Choice 1 : I will go to the HEC Montreal University.

This is it. I'm done with college. I am so glad school is finally over. I was so excited to find a job where I could have a purpose. I can't wait!

Finance has always interested me, and not only for the premium wage it offers. It demands a lot of expertise, and concentration. When I do something, I like to do it thoroughly. That is why I believe this area of Business will suit me.

Choice 2 : I won't like Finance. I will leave the program.

Administration is all about taking good decisions. People in this area of expertise need to be comfortable interacting with other people as Administration is more often than not working with the HR department. I like to help other people and learn form them. This is why I believe this program is perfect for me.

They did a background check on me and gave me two weeks of on-the-job-training. After my OJT, I did a test drive. I had good results, so they hired me.

I saw a notice in the local newspaper that there was a vacant position. I applied, but I never thought I would have got it. I guess working and having straight A's really pays out!

Finance is so satisfying when you learn the ropes. I work to pull off a spreadsheet or solve an equation, and when I do I really fell like I understand the ins-and-outs. I want to learn more.

This is not my cup of tea. All these numbers they are so maddening! One mistake and you have to start over the whole spreadsheet. I guess I should have gone to the Administration program.

I thought I was excited by this vacant position in Toronto, but I was wrong. Office politics is constantly present at the office and I keep getting sucked up in it. I am exhausted. That is why I'm moving back to Montreal. I just to have to find a new job.

I like being a manager. I feel like I have a purpose with the trainee and intern I teach. I want to give them all my attention, so I only have one at a time. Plus, I get a compensation package after working for 30 years. I have big plans for my retirement, so this package would be the cherry on top.

This is it. I'm done with college. Those three years of my life are over. It does make me a little bit sad considering I had made some friends. Now it is time to choose what program I want to enter at the HEC Montreal.
