Graduating from High school.

Félix just finish high school, and he have to choose his program for the CEJEP. Should he go in the program of civil engineering technique, because the HR of is high school think that's appropriate for him because he likes to move and it could be a good combination of being outside and also sit behind a desk. Also, Félix can go in a general program because he's not sure about what he wants to do. He could go in Social Science with mathematics to make sure he could go at most of the programs at University.

Félix just put a foot in the door, and he finds the program really hard. He likes the program, but he doesn't like some of the courses, but he knows that he will adore the job after because he likes the mix of manual, desk and be outside. During the session, Félix have a part-time job, and he really like this job which is about selling clothes, even if he sometimes does overtime. It is like a new passion for him even though he have low income. One month later, Félix find a job in the real estate, and he wants to try this new passion of a seller. The problem is that it is a full time job, so he have to quit school and take a different way for his life. Should he try his new passion or continue school?

Félix tries to continue CEJEP in the same program, but he can't succeed in his courses. He decides to abandon the technique because he finds it to hard, and he's not sure if he really likes it. Félix decides to take a break from school to think about his priorities. He will probably continue school, but in a different program which is going to be more general.

His new passion.

Félix just arrive in the adult world, and he really likes it. Félix have a new lifestyle, now he takes the metro to go at his job, he pay more taxes, he have to be professional, he have a uniform restriction, and have office politics... in other words he is learning the ropes. It is a complete transformation for his life, but he is happy with his decision. Unfortunately, just when he became comfortable with is new routine, a big pandemic arrives in Montreal and a lot of work can't be made. The company he is working with is losing a lot of money and they can't afford giving a salary to Félix anymore. Félix is one of the person who loses his job from Covid-19. He have to come back at school.

Félix don't really like this program because he's not a big fan of mathematics, but he still kick is ass off to make sure he get straight A's. Félix wants to be a businessman, and he knows what he have to do to be the best version of him. The major problem is that the parents of Félix own a company in the accounting area and his parents want him to be an accountant, so he can take the company when they retire. According to his parents, being an accountant gives you a good pension. He doesn't know how he would tell his parents about his own project. Should he tell the truth or should he do what his parents want for him?

Félix explains to his parents his plan for his future and it went well. They accepted the fact that Félix want to choose what he wants. His parents just want him happy. In school, Félix is doing good, and he have good grades. It is now time to choose is University. His family lives in Montreal, but Félix knows that the best University is at Sherbrooke because they have a lot of internships during the summer. For sure, his family don't want him to go away for school when they know he can do the same thing in Montreal at the HEC. What should he do? Go at HEC or go to Sherbrooke?

Félix did his 4 years of school at the HEC and it went pretty well. Now, he have a baccalaureate in marketing. It is time to choose a work. He decides to go work for a company. His position in the company consist in representing the company and sell their products all around the world. He often gets to travel in a car, so he had to pass his test drive. He currently makes good wages.

University of Sherbrooke.

Félix have a lot of fun at Sherbrooke because it is far from his parents. He have a good combination between school, party, and friends. Don't worry, he have good time management. He do a lot of internships during the summer. It helps him increase his ability in the marketing area and how to be a businessman. This school help him a lot for his professional life. Now, Félix have his baccalaureate in marketing, and he can start his real life. He just got a big offer from a company. They choose him because of his experience in his internships. Félix has now a good way to start his life.

Parents Expectation.

Félix stays in the shadow of his own dream...He decides to do what his parents wanted him to do. He did go to university, graduate and get his baccalaureate as an accountant. He's an accountant like mom and dad. He have a good salary, but he regretted that he didn't take the road he wanted.
