The beginning.

I am studying Social Science at Montmorency College. I have almost finished my program and plan to enter a Law program in University.I don't know if I should continue my studies at a French university or at in English one. English is easier for me, but we do live in a French province what should I do?

Choice 1 : McGill University.

Choice 2 : University of Montreal.

McGill University.

I love learning in English. The school is welcoming and the teachers are nice. Going to an English University was the right decision.I even made new friends, and they have invited me to a party, but I have an exam the next day. Should I go for a few hours or should I revise?

University of Montreal.

I'm a few months in my semester and it has been extremely difficult to keep up. The main problem being my difficulty with French grammar. It's maddening, I made the wrong choice.

I ended up staying a lot more than a few hours. I woke up late, and missed my exam! Going to that party was the wrong decision. I started off the semester horribly should I work hard to try to better my grades or should I leave the program, and work instead?

Don't go and revise instead.

I decided to to revise instead. I ended up getting a hundred on my first exam I'm glad I didn't let the party hinder my success. This prompted my teacher to ask me if I would like to tutor other students. Should I tutor which would allow me to make a little money, or should I refuse and focus on myself?

I decided to work hard my entire semester, and got straight A’s, these good grades continued all throughout my years. I was able to succeed in my program. Should I immediately start working for a law firm or should I take a year off to travel?

Leave the program and work.

I ended up quitting school and decided to get a job. I worked at a restaurant which was a dead-end job I didn't find fulfillment in it. I shouldn't have quit school.

Tutoring ended up taking too much of my time, I put aside my own school work and wasn't able to get good grades.

Although making a little money would have been nice, Focusing on myself improved my well-being. It was a good decision. I enjoyed the rest of my school year, and a few years later owned my own law firm.

There was a vacant position in two law firms the first one, an extremely well-known and prestigious law firm, and a second less known one. Which one should I apply for?

Take a year off to travel.

I took a year off too travel and ended up falling in love with it. I decided to spend the rest of my life discovering the world.

I got the job! It's time to start my on-the-job-training. I get paired up with a lawyer. He is very flirtatious and it is making me uncomfortable. Should I contact HR for help or should I stay silent? I wouldn't want to get fired.

I got the job! All my co-workers are extremely nice and make me feel at home. A small law firm doesn't mean a bad one! I made the right decision. 15 years later I bought this law firm and was able to live a comfortable life.

I decided that contacting HR was the best decision for me. The employee was reprimanded, and I was put with someone else. I learned the ropes, and was offered my first court case. I have been working for months and the case started to overwhelm me. Should I take time off and enjoy dinner with some friends or should I continue working to finish my case as quickly as possible?

Stay silent.

I decided to stay silent, it was the wrong choice I didn't end up learning much from him and was eventually fired because I had no knowledge on how the firm worked.

Taking the evening off was a great decision. I was able to relax and work on my case with a clearer mindset. I ended up winning my first case. After many more winning cases. I wanted to ask my boss for a raise. Should I wait until it is given to me or should I directly ask him?

Finish my case quickly.

I ended up doing overtime and became increasingly exhausted. I was so overworked and tired that I wasn't able to win my case. This ended up ruining my drive for work, but at least a valuable lesson was learned that time management is key. I decided to take some time off, should I go on vacation to the Bahamas or should I go to my hometown to see some family?

Wait until the raise is given.

I decided to wait. Sadly the raise was never given to me.So, I quit my job and decided to test my luck with a lottery ticket. I won a million dollars and decided to retire early.

I decided to ask my boss for a raise after careful consideration he agreed, I worked there for many more years and became the top lawyer in the country.

I took a vacation. When it was time to come back home I missed my flight and was fired from my job.Taking a vacation in the middle of work was bad idea.
