My day at the kindergarten.
When I was 5 years old, I had my first day at the kindergarten. I remember that I was really excited about this first day. I remember that I liked to learn something new at the early childhood center. It was so excited to go at my first school-day.

My first day at school was very nice. I remember when I took the school bus for the first time. I sat in the first row. When I arrived at school, I saw the huge playground in the backyard of the school. Then, when I entered in my class, I knew that I was in the right place.

It was a good experience to go to high school. This is the place where you make friends for life. I liked my 5 years in high school. I did a lot of projects and I had to learn time management. One of the projects I had to do was volunteering. Then, I did not think for long time and selected to go in an early childhood center because it is an interesting place. So, I had to do a one-day course in an early childhood center.

When I was in 6th grade, I had a special activity with my group. I had to do an exhibition about the career that I wanted to have. Therefore, it was obvious that my exhibition would be about an educator in an early childhood center.

During the day I spent at the early childhood center, I was with a group a three-year-old group. It was one of my favorite days ever. I felt like a real educator during that day. I was a kind of little OJT. When the day finished, I knew exactly what would be my future career.

When I was 17 years old, I decided to go in a college program called childhood education. It was a very nice program where you learn a lot of things about children and babies. In addition, you could work in an early childhood center or in a primary school during lunchtimes. I liked this program because I had a lot of opportunities when I completed the program. Also, it was possible pursued my studies and go to the University to become a teacher.

During my three years in the childhood Education program, I had two training to do in multiple childhood centers to observe and put in practice the theory I saw in class. So yes, I was a trainee before I became an educator.

I had choice between two University. The Sherbrooke University or the Montreal University. These two University has the program to become a primary school teacher. I decided to go live in Sherbrooke to start my new life and become a teacher.

My first day was a big mess. In fact, when I took my car to go to the University, I got a little car accident! I was in shock because I just had an accident, and I was late for my first day in class. So, I left my car on the flatbed towing and I ran four kilometers before arriving to the University. I was late for my first class but had no injury.

I spent a part of my life working in an early childhood center. In fact, I passed a lot of my time at this place to make as much money possible. It was a very good moment of my life. It was very rewarding. It was my first real job.

How do I become I real teacher?
When I finished my program, I got my diploma. A school contacted me for an interview with the HR department to do a background check and validate the grade I got. They saw my good background, and they decided to hire me in the school. I became a real employee of the school.

It was one of my favorite experiences all my life! It was very nice to teach children. Be there for them when they need help, when they have questions. It was great. When I woke to go working, I was happy every day. The thing I preferred in the teacher job was all the planing that a teacher has to do like homework, exams, activities, routines etc.

It was the Halloween day, and we prepared a special activity for the students. My colleagues and I decided to prepare a candy hunt with mathematics problem to find clues. For example, the student had to find the result of 234-123=? The result of the equation gave the number of the French class which was 111. But, the candy hunt did not go as planned because my colleagues and I made a mistake in the activity, and It was a big failure. Even after many years, I was still laughing a lot about this anecdote.

Then, came the retirement! This was the end of a career. It was a long way to finally arrive at the retirement. Every person passed on this way. This retirement was the end of a big story. The end of the story of yours life and the story of my life. Now it was the time that I can I did all the things I never had time to do. The retirement was the end of a work life and the beginning of a new relax or not life.

The first thing I did after my retirement it's to travel to my dream places. I did not have to request my employer vacation week. The perfect time to travel was really during my retirement. One of trips I made was camping in a tent in the nature. But during my night in the tent, it became soaked because the tent was perforated. When I woke up at the morning I was wet soaked! This is the adventure that I lived.

I decided to do relaxing things during my retirement such as some gardening. I always wanted to do some gardening but I never had time when I was working. I was then able to gardening and plant flowers, vegetables, fruits trees. I had already done these activities with the children of my group but I had never done this just for me. After a complete week of gardening, I waited for the plants to grow up. But one day, a raccoon ate all of my plantations! I cried of discouragement. But at least, I was busy one week of my retirement.

A reminding of my first study job.
My first job was as a cashier in a supermarket. I was paid at the minimum wage. I worked there for 3 years. At my on-the-job-training I got so stressed. I really liked this job! I made a lot of friends among my colleagues. During my first student job I got a premium wage. I was so happy. It's super important to get the first student job before your start your career because I acquired a lot of experience and I knew exactly the purpose of a job.
